Das Zimmer ist ca. 9 qm groß. Es gibt kein Bett, nur eine ausklappbare Couch. Die Außen-Türklinke und der Dusch-Abfluss sind defekt.Der entscheidende Nachteil: Es gibt zwar einen Balkon, ca. 4qm groß, dieser ist genau nach Süden ausgerichtet, aber ein Innen-Balkon. Das heißt, es gibt stundenweise nur einen max. 25 cm schmalen Streifen, der von der Sonne beschienen wird. Das bedeutet in den Mai-Tagen, die auf jeden Sonnenstrahl angewiesen sind, zu kühle Temperaturen, minimal Sonne. (Bei Temperaturen über 27 Grad mag das angenehm sein.)Die Umgebung ist sehr angenehm, der Strand ist Luftlinie zwar 15 m entfernt, dazwischen verläuft aber die ziemlich befahrene Küstenstraße mit dem gesamten Durchgangsverkehr.

Faux arguments: le studio mesure 20 M2 6 M2 de terrasse plein sud carrelée à neuf; nous n'avons pas connaissance de poignée de porte ou de bonde de douche cassées sans doute par le locataire lui même qui a laissé le studio très sale; avis incompréhensible car par 2 fois il m'a confirmé par SMS que c'était parfait
