Located in downtown Ocean City, Maryland, this condo is situated on the bay front allowing you to enjoy the 'other boardwalk known for its free fishing and beautiful views. Enjoy central air, a washer and dryer, a dishwasher, and a microwave, and close proximity to restaurants, shopping, and entertainment. Occupying the entire top floor with four bedrooms and 3,625 square feet of living space, this suite offers plenty of space for everyone to spread out for a long and relaxing stay. You'll have fantastic panoramic views of the open bay, plus a huge gourmet kitchen featuring stainless professional series appliances, granite countertops, and custom-designed cabinetry. The spacious open floor includes the living room, dining room, and kitchen. This retreat features a den/sunroom with a queen-size sleeper sofa that can be used as another bedroom/private sleeping area for your convenience. The primary bedroom also includes an additional queen-size sleeper sofa.

Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). Expansive common spaces with amazing views of the bay!

Perfect spot for our family reunion of 8 people. We were on the gigantic balcony from dawn to night, watching dolphins, rays, fisherman, mist, and sea birds. Inside had room for everyone to engage in different group activities. We found no place else that offered so much!

Home of your dreams

If your looking for a place for a family reunion or multiple families this place is spacious with enough seating for everybody and your brother. The balcony wraps around the entire length of the condo with the full view of the bay and inlet. Truly a view and home of your dreams.

You must stay here!

This is a place like no other in Ocean City! The Cori Noel 401 is a clean, spacious and calming place. The sprawling views are a must see!! It is close to many lovely restaurants and bars, but quiet and serene once in the place. We enjoyed morning walks on the Boardwalk and beautiful evening sunsets. The whole place made us feel peaceful and at ease. There is a ton of space for large groups. And the balcony is where we spent most of our time- it was hard to decide which of the seating areas was the best! The kitchen was very spacious and fit for chefs of all kind. The management was kind and easy to work with. I would definitely come again and recommend you do too!

The condo is big and spacious. I love the view of the bay from the balcony and the short distance to the beach (6 min walk) is a plus. Having said that, a few things I would suggest to the owner is replacing and invest in the new cooking hardware. We were unable to use the pots and pans seeing they're all wear out. Good thing we brought our cooking needs. Also, the mattress could be replaced as they make a lot of noise when we get on and off and they were not as comfortable as the mattresses we stayed at other places. Overall, we did enjoy our stay and I would recommend this place to others.

I've stayed in this property several times before. It's huge, the view is beautiful, location is great. There are some upgrades I would suggest like some shower bars in at least one of the walk-in showers to aid elderly family members and also an upgrade to the shower heads. Whoever is doing cleaning your properties is not doing a very good job at all. We wiped up water from in front of the fridge and the paper towel came back black. Pulled out the trash can and the floor there hadn't been swept at all. The place is awesome but you're cleaning crew leaves much to be desired.

Great Location

The good: Great location Amazing amount of indoor & outdoor space with nice bay views Huge kitchen Ample parking The bad: Housekeeping left the primary bed unmade, sell because they didn’t have King size sheets. We didn’t realize this in we went to bed after midnight and had to makeshift make the bed with the extra sheets from the pullout couch in that room and the den (it’s a good thing we didn’t have kids or extra guests sleeping on those pullouts our we would’ve been screwed!!) Communication wasn’t good because we had to sleep 2 nights on our makeshift bed until someone came with fresh sheets. The oven errored out on our last night causing incessant beeping until we found the right circuit (the breaker box wasn’t marked accurately so we just kept testing) to turn it off to reset it. As others have said, could use a fresh set of pots & pans, everything is well used and worn. The kitchen drawers and cabinets also were poorly organized and made no sense (by the end of our stay it was slightly better because we couldn’t in good conscience keep putting things back in random piles) There were no hangers except a handful in the coat closet - note to bring your own if you’re staying for a while and want to hang your clothes up.

What a view!

Cori Noel 401 is perfect for large families. The location is outstanding! It is a quick walk to the boardwalk and restaurants. We very much enjoyed our time there. Highly recommend.

Beautiful and spacious

Location was great and very spacious. My family enjoyed the stay and all of the grandkids enjoyed the huge balcony. Wish there were more bath towels - but it worked out. Walking distance to the beach/ boardwalk which was ideal! Only downside is the pool area, it could use some work. Overall we enjoyed the stay very much and will book again!

Amazing accommodations!!

This place was perfect for our group of 10! So much space to spread out. Bedrooms were comfortable and it was great having all the bathrooms. We enjoyed gorgeous views of the bay and such relaxing moments on the wrap around balcony. Very helpful to have a washer/dryer in unit for a week long stay. We loved it! Will definitely be booking again next year!
