Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Loved this condo

This condo was absolutely amazing. However Im giving it only 1 star for cleanliness bec the pool was absolutely disgusting. It was actually dark green and black w algae! No way it was safe to swim in. Not the condo owners fault. That is a property management issue. Also im not a fan of vacasa. Will not be renting thru them again. Check in and out process was awful.

Vacation 2023

Our stay at Belmont Towers was great. Great spacious, comfy condo. The location was perfect. Close to everything. Everthing was within walking diatance. Only thing is make sure the garage remotes you get work. We received 2 garage remotes and one was not working. I called for assistance and was told someone would call me back to assist, but no one ever did, so we had to coordinate using the one key. But overall our stay was great.
