Inga Lindström dream house in the archipelago, wonderful property by the sea

Now you have the opportunity to spend a week or more in a real Inga Lindström dream house in the archipelago on the Swedish east coast. In 2015 the Inga Lindström film "Love your neighbors" was shot here. Our house has a beautiful location, on a large lake plot, on a peninsula with water on three sides and only a direct neighbor. The whole house has been tastefully renovated by us in bright colors. The stem is a mix of Scandinavian and New England.

In addition to the front door, there are four patio doors, making it easy to open the house to the sea and nature. In the large living room you will find comfortable seating with a sea view and a rustic fireplace. There is also a dining table with chairs / bench with space for up to 8 people and a fantastic sea view. There is also a high chair for children on request.

The kitchen is in excellent condition with everything you need and sea views. From the kitchen you come out to the small terrace, with afternoon and evening sun. Here you can also go directly into the garden and on to the large private bridge by the sea. From the terrace you also have a sea view, here you will find a round table with chairs and a grill. Here you can spend the long Swedish summer nights with good food and drinks in good company. Parts of this terrace are under roof. Right outside the terrace we offer a small playground in the form of a wooden ship. This is very popular with children. There is also a slide for children on the property.

Our house has three cozy bedrooms with 6-7 beds. Master Bedroom offers you a king size bed, fireplace, exit to the smaller terrace and of course a view of the sea. The middle bedroom is small, but offers a bunk bed and chest of drawers and a nice view. The third bedroom offers a so-called family bed (a bunk bed with a wider lower bed) where up to three people can sleep. A baby bed is also available on request. Bed linen and towels are available on request at an additional cost of 30 euros per person.

From the house entrance and the hallway that is closest to the living room, you come out to the large terrace. Here you have sun from early in the morning until early afternoon. Here you will find a large table with ten chairs. You can also place a table directly on the in-house bridge and spend magical summer nights there.

The bathroom in the house is completely overflowed. Here you will find a shower, a toilet, a sink and a washing machine and two large windows. You can even see the sea from the bathroom.

The property is very private and protected from insight. In addition to the one neighbor (40 meters away) you have no proximity to other neighbors (120 meters bird flight line and over 200 meters on foot). Here you will find peace and can charge your batteries. Depending on the season, you can fish, swim, go on a rowboat tour, go for walks, pick mushrooms and berries, ice skate, and much more. There is a beautiful golf course just 10 minutes away and 40 minutes from the house you will find the beautiful animal park "Kolmården". Nyköping and Oxelösund are two beautiful seaside towns just a 15 minute drive from the house. Skavsta Airport with Ryanair connections from Bremen, Memmingen and Düsseldorf Weeze (as of 2018) is less than 30 minutes from the house, and you can be in Stockholm in just over an hour by car (or by train from Nyköping). Stockholm Arlanda Airport is approximately 1 hour 45 minutes away. You can also fly from Munich Airport to Norrköping. From there it is about 45 minutes to the house.

The area around our house is a typical Swedish holiday home area with almost no traffic and nice walks. There is also a public sandy beach with a small playground 300 meters away, a soccer field and a garbage station.

If you are a fan of the famous Inga Lindström films, you will get your money's worth here. Many scenes from the film "Love your neighbors" were shot in the house and on the bridge, which was shown on ZDF in November 2015. The picturesque port city of Trosa, where many of the Inga Lindström films were made, can be reached in 40 minutes by car. The waffle restaurant "Skärgårdsvåfflan", known as Bead & Breakfast in the film "The Post Boat", can be reached in 20 minutes by car and is worth a visit in summer.
