On a waterfront property with its own jetty

About 9 kilometers away from the locality of Arkösund, Vikbolandet, you will find this cosy holiday home with roots going back to the end of the 19th century.

It has a living space of about 100 square meters which are distributed over five rooms and a kitchen from 2020. The house has three bedrooms, a living room, a small extra room as well as a glazed veranda and the bathroom with shower. The accomodation will be completed by a balcony facing the water. You can drink the water, however, it tastes a bit of iron.

The accomodation is peacefully located in a small village, about 1 kilometer away from the main road between Norrköping and Arkösund. The large garden is perfectly suited for playing, and if you want to go swimming, you can do so from your own footbridge or from the footbridge belonging to the village.

As destinations for excursions could be mentioned, for example, the Zarah Leander museum, Stegebors fästning, Söderköping (40 km away) or Norrköping (40 km away). However, why to leave this lovely little spot, even if it is only for a day trip.
