LOCATION: The property is just a 20–25-minute drive from Fort Lauderdale Beach, and 15 minutes from Fort Lauderdale airport (FLL)

All rooms have been fully renovated and come equipped with a 55” inch smart TV, an Alexa and a tablet.
On site we have a fully equipped gym, saltwater pool, bicycles, continental breakfast, coffee bar, basketball court, tennis court and an array of outdoor games.
CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT: Check-in is any time after 4PM and check-out is any time before 11AM. An early check-in or late check-out time may be available.
BEDROOMS: This room sleeps 2 guests in a King-sized bed.
BATHROOMS: The bathroom is stocked with toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, and body wash), plush towels and washcloths, hairdryer, and slippers.
PARKING: Chateau Mar Golf Resort offers free parking.
Chateau Mar Golf Resort Commitment to Cleanliness: Each room is thoroughly cleaned in accordance with CDC and WHO guidelines. In accordance with the CDC housekeeping services are limited during your stay.
Room Assignment: We furnish all our properties to a uniform standard, but individual units may differ slightly from the pictures shown. Exact unit is assigned at check-in. Views and square footage may vary slightly.
ID and Credit Card requirements upon check in: Valid identification and credit card used for the reservation are required at check-in. The ID and credit card must match the name under which the unit is reserved.
Payment: Chime, eCheck, Cash App, or any pre-paid debit cards are not accepted.
Fees: A $50.00 deposit will be taken at the time of check-in. The deposit will be refunded upon check out. There is also a non-refundable $14.99 resort fee that will be taken upon check in per day per reservation.
Pet Policy: Pets are not allowed, unless proper paperwork can be presented to the Front Desk agent.
Package Handling Policy: Mailing packages to this property is allowed for a small fee of $10.00 per package.
