The Space:

It doesn’t get much better than Legends Townhome #10 also known as Our Place on 30A, your next vacation destination in Santa Rosa Beach. Located just off of 30A and with two community pools, tennis courts, and quick and easy beach access, you’ll find plenty to keep you busy, all within walking distance!



Our Place on 30A is a stunning townhome with two bedrooms and two and a half baths accommodating up to eight. The spacious open floorplan welcomes you with cozy furnishings and light-filled spaces while natural finishes and soothing hues set the stage in this peaceful retreat.  Gather together for a movie on comfortable couches and chairs in the living room or at the dining table with seating for six. The spacious kitchen is fully equipped with everything you might need to prepare delicious meals and offers plenty of room for others to jump in and help.  The open-concept living/dining area is ideal for entertaining and the covered deck off of the living area expands the space, bringing in plenty of sunshine and a beautiful view from outdoors. When it’s time to retire, retreat to the master suite with a king-sized bed, en suite bath, and a private balcony overlooking Scenic Highway 30A. The guest suite is just as accommodating, with two double beds, a flat-screen TV, and an en suite bath. The queen sleeper sofa in the living room provides additional sleeping arrangements while the adjustable desk, computer chair, monitor, mouse, and keyboard make working from the beach a cinch. A spacious covered carport accommodates two vehicles, a golf cart, and even offers an enclosed storage area for all of your favorite beach toys.



Hang out at either of the 2 community pools, join in a friendly game of tennis, then cook the day’s catch on outdoor grills before venturing to the sugar-white shores for a leisurely stroll. Grab a bite at Shunk Gulley Oyster Bar, browse the shops at Seaside, or spend an afternoon exploring at nearby Grayton Beach State Park. The sky’s the limit!



Parties, events, bachelor and bachelorette parties are strictly prohibited, and an adult chaperone must accompany guests under 25 throughout their stay. Smoking is strictly forbidden, and pets are unfortunately not welcome and subject to immediate departure if found to be inhabiting a property. Guests found in violation are subject to eviction with no refund.

Can’t recommend this place enough. Quiet location just steps from the beach. The property is perfect, spacious and comfortable, and the host was super responsive. I come on vacation to this area every year and I think I found the property I will stay from now on.

This place was top notch! So clean and better than the pictures led me to believe. Beds were sooooo comfy! So many details thought out, perfect spot for a small family , very well stocked home right across from public beach access, would love to stay here again!

Love it!

This is the 3rd unit we’ve stayed in at legends and by far our favorite! It was so clean & well maintained. We loved how well the kitchen was stocked with all the items we could possible want to use. Can’t wait to stay here again!

Our favorite place

Best vacation ever

Sweet get away

We loved everything about this place. It was plenty of room for our family of 4, the beach is steps away, the little coffee shop and ice cream shop down the road are within walking distance and delicious. The commutation was great and we can’t wait to come back!

Can’t wait to stay again!

We had such a great trip. The condo was very clean and beds comfortable. Just a short walk to the beach! 2 pools that hardly had anyone at them. The gulf place area with food and shop is a short walk away too. Our new favorite spot! Will rent again.

Great place to stay!

The location and the service was exceptional! We were able to check in and check out easily. The location is about a 5 minute walk to the beach and the place itself was very clean and quiet. It came with all the amenities you would need to have a comfortable stay. The host were super helpful and very flexible. I would 10/10 book again in the future if needed.

Relaxing getaway

We stayed in this condo for a month in 2019. We were excited to go back and were pleasantly surprised by the updates. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit. The condo is conveniently located to the beach and restaurants. It was comfortable for our family of 5. We enjoyed the beach toys!

Perfect 30A spot!

Our family LOVED this location. Was actually better than the listing. So clean! Very well stocked and decorated. 5 min walk to public beach access, beds were heavenly. A very well thought out property. We loved the boardwalk in front of the pools, and enjoyed the hot tub! We will definitely try to come back to this location! Thank you for being a great host!

Amazing rental on 30A!

What a wonderful find! Spacious, beautiful interior that fit all of our needs plus some for a family of 4. Cannot beat location and things to do! Short walk to amazing not-very-crowded white sand beach leading to the crystal clear ocean. Owners sure have thought of everything to make this rental one to come back to! Absolutely loved our stay.

Perfection!

My family and I were blown away by this condo. The amenities made this stay so relaxing and easy. The beds were comfortable and the decor was so cute! The beach was only a 2 minute walk! We enjoyed church on Sunday at the public beach entrance. Would highly recommend this condo to anyone.

Perfect Getaway on 30A

We really enjoyed our stay. The place is located just a few minutes from the beautiful beach. It’s in walking distance. We had plenty of space for all the 8 people that traveled with us. Super clean! No complaints. We would definitely go back.

Five Star Stay!

This gorgeous 2 bedroom townhome was truly amazing! I rank it 5 out of 5 stars hands down. I can’t praise this townhome, location and area, local establishments, beaches, and community enough. Everything and everyone was absolutely incredible. This townhome was perfect for our family. It was in pristine condition, it was clean, it was up to date in all areas, it had easy access to the beach and walk paths, the pools were fantastic, and the location was just perfect . Our Place on 30A was the absolute best! Not only will I recommend it to anyone and everyone, but I will most definitely be going back! I couldn’t get enough of this place, a very special place to enjoy a vacation with your family! Thank You 30A! Your townhome gave us an incredible experience we will never forget.

Cousins Beach Trip

Three cousins have been taking beach trips together since we were kids. The condo was a perfect place for us. Easy location to the beach. We will go back.again.
