Sergio made this stay one of the best we've ever had! The property was equipped with everything you need from the kitchen, to the laundry, to sleeping arrangements, and even help with transportation. Sergio helped us arrange airport transports, even for a 3 am departure. Everyone was so helpful and he went above and beyond to accommodate our needs. The location is safe and in walking distance to grocery, pharmacy, food and shopping. I highly recommend this property.

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful Airbnb in Quito! The place was spacious, cozy, and perfect for our group — it easily accommodated the 2 of us with its 4 comfortable bedrooms and 4 clean, well-maintained bathrooms. Everything was spotless, and there were more than enough towels for everyone.The location is super convenient.We also felt very safe throughout our stay, as the property has private security and a secure, enclosed parking lot. That peace of mind made a big difference. Highly recommend this place for anyone visiting Quito!

Excellent Experience

My family and I had an excellent experience at this apartment. The location is very convenient - a close cab ride to old town and walking distance to restaurants and Carolina Park. Communication was easy and the owner and manager were extremely flexible and helpful regarding check-in and check-out (our flight left early on our last day and they were very helpful getting us transportation at 5:00 in the morning!). The apartment is spacious, comfortable, and well equipped. We were all extremely happy with our experience and would absolutely recommend staying here.

Penthouse in Beautiful Quito

7 day stay in Quito in a centrally located area in a perfect place. Very secure, very clean & reasonably priced penthouse with wonderful views. Many restaurants and stores within walking distance although cabs are abundant here. Everything you need is in this home which made it a great place to stay. Lot's of space and very cozy. Would definitely stay here again and would reccomend it to all looking for a great place to stay.

We had a wonderful time with friends and family at this very large and nice apartment in a fabulous location with fabulous views of the city, The apartment has almost everything you need. My only minor comment is that the furniture is somewhat dated but certainly appropriate for a rental. If one is looking for an ultra modern apartment, this is not the one. However if you are looking for a large apartment, with nice amenities, great view and great location at a good price, this is the apartment for you,

Beautiful place to stay, inside and out! Everything was very comfortable and practical, everything you could possibly need. The kids were able to play safely on the balcony and the views were amazing. Location is very good for restaurants and a quick taxi anywhere you want. Walkable to metro too.

The penthouse was great. It was in a good neighborhood. It was well appointed; it literally had everything someone would need. It had great views of the city and surrounding mountains, including from an awesome wraparound balcony. The penthouse was also very spacious. We raised our son and daughter in the United States and we are now entering our retirement years and look forward to enjoying life to its fullest and exploring the globe.

Although we love to travel to different parts of the world, Quito has always been one of our favorite spots to visit as we consider it to be extremely unique, relaxing and beautiful. We also like to go there often to visit family which was another reason for us to buy a vacation home. Quito's year-round mild weather, rich colonial history and dramatic mountain setting makes it a desirable place for us to visit. Our penthouse rental is cozy, safe and has breathtaking views of the Pichincha volcano and the city. In addition to this, its location is central to everything a tourist might want or need.
