Melva’s vacation rental serves as a starting point for adventures and a center for relaxation. This newly remodeled 3 bedroom, 1bath ranch is located on a quiet dead end street in a great neighborhood. Just a short drive to downtown Cleveland. Home to the Cleveland Browns, Rock and Roll Hall of Fame and the Museum of Art. Enjoy Lake Erie for kayaking, fishing, or just relaxing on the beach.
Grill out on the back patio and enjoy making s’mores at the fire pit, while you breathe in some fresh air in a peaceful backyard. Keep an eye out for wildlife!

This is our go to place when visiting family in this area. The house is always neat, clean and comfortable for 4 adults. We love watching the deer in the backyard and it’s a quiet neighborhood.

Our 3rd stay at Melva’s. Great location for visiting family in N Ridgeville and Elyria. Only thing the property could use is a hot tub!! (wink wink)

We had such a wonderful experience here! So cute & very clean. We really enjoyed sitting around the fire pit in the evenings. Having coffee outside in the morning and enjoying all the wildlife. The beds were so comfortable! I wish we could have stayed longer. Will definitely stay here again when we come back to see our family

Always clean and comfortable for our trips to see family nearby. Lots of room for a party of 4, sometimes 6 and has everything we need. Also enjoy watching the wild life from the back porch.

Our host was wonderful. She provided so many amenities and little touches that made our stay worry free. The entire process was easy. The pictures do not do this place justice. Very clean and just beautiful. Sitting on the back deck and watching all the wild life was an added bonus. The neighborhood is quiet and all around pleasant. There is a SportsVille down the road where you can hit the driving range, the batting cages or play a round of putt putt.

Great property. House was very clean, cozy, nicely decorated, comfortable beds, well stocked with all the essentials and extras, We really enjoyed the covered deck/sitting area in the back yard with plenty of wildlife that kept us entertained morning till dark. Kids also enjoyed the back yard fire pit that was readily stocked with wood. Ower was very accessible and responsive to questions. Excellent choice...going back next year.

Everything with our stay was top notch! The house is inviting and comfortable, well decorated and very clean. The neighborhood is very quiet, with little traffic and easy in and out. Beautifully decorated, clean and amply supplied with necessities like coffee and cream, etc. Full kitchen, laundry and even a toothbrush when someone forgot one. Spotlessly clean, gorgeous huge green backyard with sitting area. Easy check-in with number pad, and provided with number day of travel as stated. Minimal expectations upon check out. Host lives next door if problems arose but never even interacted with host as not needed. Thank you!
