Property is convenient, clean and comfortable. Communication with the host, Michael is outstanding. Had a wonderful visit with family during our stay. After a significant snowfall, Michael had the driveway and sidewalk cleared first thing the next morning.

Second time renting from this owner! Excellent communication. This property is convenient to grocery stores, restaurants, and parks. Located in a quiet neighborhood with a park in walking distance. Easy check in/check out. Will definitely rent again!

Another Fabulous Stay

This was our 2nd stay at this property and we have booked other rentals with this owner and every stay has been perfect! We were in town for our daughter's graduation from Oberlin College and this home was only about 25 minutes from the college. The house was clean, had all the comforts of "home" and as usual Michael, the owner, was quick to respond to any questions we had. Thanks again for another great visit to Avon!

Great Stay

The property owner Michael is great. Good communication. The house was all we could ask for. My wife grew up in Avon Lake and when returning to visit family amd friends we will definitely rent from Mike again.

Great visit with family

Eclipse family gathering

We had a great time staying at this property. It was perfect for our three families and two dogs. The neighborhood is lovely. We walked to the park a few times. Would stay here again. We saw beautiful views of the eclipse.

Wonderful family time

The house is in very convenient spot for visiting family in west Cleveland. Michael is an awesome host with well stocked house and easy communication. Has become our go to spot to visit family and their pooch!

Great Stay in a Quiet Neighborhood

The home is perfectly located close to the western suburbs and downtown Cleveland. When visiting with family in the area it was a great place to wind down and relax between various activities. Amenities and provisions were terrific. The host was very considerate of our needs. Would definitely stay again!

The home was well cared for and maintained. Great neighborhood setting. The area is amazing, so much to do within a short distance. Great list of local and chain restaurants. Not far at all from Huntington Beach where we spent most of our time!

Wonderful and comfortable home

Nice neighborhood and home

Love this house. Very nice and clean. For the most part, the neighborhood is quiet. We had a Doe and her 2 fawns in the neighborhood most of the week. Lots of rabbits and chipmunks also. Very happy we had a washer and dryer in the home as well. Will book with Michael again.
