This house is open and airy and is approximately 2,500 sq. ft. in size. Beautiful and spacious house with peaceful vibes, thoughtfully designed for you to have a relaxing and enjoyable stay. You will have free reign of the entire home... Please respect our home: - NO smoking inside - NO parties - Keyless entry - Clean and quiet - Safe neighborhood - Short drive (less than 10 min) to Atlanta's major attractions, (West) Midtown, Atlantic Station, etc. There are two on-premise parking spaces, additional parking is on the street. Please do not park on the grass. We aim to please. We want you to enjoy our Home... The best way to contact us is through the AirBNB in-app messenger. The neighborhood is friendly and new properties and amenities are popping up everywhere around us... This is one of the most historical parts of Atlanta and it’s getting new life... Near (within a 2-mile radius) - Grant Park - Southeast Beltline (under construction) - Georgia Ave shops (Summerhill) - Oakland cemetery - Krogstreet Market - Downtown Atlanta - The Beacon At the intersection of major interstates: I-20/ I-85/ I-75. 1 mile away from railroads. Less than 15 mins away from the Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta Airport (International and Domestic Terminals). Having your own vehicle is the best way to travel. We also rent out cars on Turo (DM for more details). Uber and Lyft are also great options. You also have easy access to Marta the city’s transit system; bus 55 will drop you off steps away from the property. Don't hesitate to inquire if you need a car to rent. We take time to clean disinfect the place between each booking. We take your health and safety very seriously. We also have security cameras on the outside of the house to monitor the entrance. One of the single beds is a rollaway bed that is located in the 3rd bedroom’s closet. This home is one of three separate units that are part of a larger compound. You may see other guests in and out of the parking area, which is located at the center of the compound. Your unit is completely private.
