Nice quiet clean location.

Property is just asked described, walking distance to walgreens, popeyes, kfc, subway, Burger King and Wendy's. Also close to a grocery store and roses discount store. No problems at all. Nice little patio off the unit. Plenty of towels provided, bed comfortablecomfortable.

Good lodging

Olex was very responsive to all of my messages and accommodating as needed. It was a bit smaller than I expected, but it was still enough space for my boyfriend and I. I work remote and some of the days I was there but my boyfriend wasn't, so it didn't feel crammed.

Overall stay was satisfactory. However a few concerns. No way to lock door. Anyone with code could enter. I understand there was heavy ran, however patio area had no coverage. The small facia leaked. Just thoughts.

Perfect for our needs!

This accommodation was perfect for us! We were in-town for a short stay, so all we really needed was a bed and shower. We were pleasantly surprised with everything this small unit had to offer! The private entry with motion light and key-pad door helped us feel secure. The bed was very comfortable and the neighborhood was quiet. Nice, soft bath towels were an awesome detail also! We didn't use the kitchen but it has a full-size refrigerator to fit everything a guest might need. It's very apparent that this host cares about the comfort of their guests. He was very responsive to all of my correspondence and the additional effort he made to make us feel comfortable (mentioned previously) was delightful! It highly recommend this rental and host. Looking forward to our next stay!

Not A Good Experience

To start, part of the good thing was being able to add an extra night because I was confused when booking. The bed is comfortable, it makes a lot of noise, and the spaces are very small in the room. The room has a very hard furniture and you can barely walk inside it. In the kitchen area there are only two very uncomfortable barstools (breakfast chairs), my wife preferred to eat something standing up instead of sitting down. There was practically no knife to cut, just a small one, which is ridiculous. There is nowhere to put the dishes when they are washed. The bathroom drain seems to be clogged, when you use the shower, the water accumulates up to 2 inches. The accommodation has many opportunities for improvement. In addition, it seems like a very mysterious place, especially when you see a man who apparently stays in the main house.

Quiet and private

We had a hard time finding the house. Plus it was dark when we arrived. Let manager know and He put new lighted numbers up the next day. He was very attentive. I left a list a things to be addressed to make stay even better and he was very open to making the needed changes. Room is attached to right side of house with separate entrance. It is small but quaint. The kitchen has the bare basics. Not much for someone like me who likes to cook up a storm. There are glasses, plates silverware and a few basic cooking utensils. It has a few pots and one fry pan. It only has salt and pepper.There is a small coffee pot, a single blender, and a Gourmia fry toaster oven. I cooked some steaks and potatoes in it and they turned out great. One small round dining table with two counter ht. Chairs to sit and eat at. Not very comfortable they are so high off the floor. Recommend counter height table and chairs instead. Large fridge and freezer for all our food.The bathroom is great. Lots of towels and TP. Great shower. Hot and Strong water jet shower head. Also tall enough for my 6’3” husband. The bedroom was efficient. The queen bed was OK, very firm. Not to our liking (our 60 bodies prefer pillow top) Large TV in bedroom (we prefer not to have TV in our bedroom) There is a lounger couch also in bedroom but not the most comfortable to sit on. All electronics are in the bedroom. (So in case anyone is light or EMF sensitive). at end of a quiet cull de sac. Very nice quiet.

Great little place to crash for a few days.

I needed a place to stay for a couple of days between travel. This worked out pretty nice. The place is SMALL, but nice.

Wonderful little room for respite

My daughter and I stayed behind after our family flew back home after a disney trip. We were road-tripping back for some nice quality time. The room is easy to find in a nice neighborhood near lots of restaurants and other places of interest. It is very quiet though. We had no complaints at all. We didn't need anything from the property owner, but all communications we received were very straightforward and offered to provide any help needed. Thank you for the stay!

The property was as advertised. It was so cozy and lovely. Amazing how the owner transformed the place into a nice living and sleeping arrangement to others. The owner updated me on important info which was nice.

Cozy Orlando Apartment!

A well taken care and privately cozy apartment! As described by host and very clean. It was what I was looking for! The apartment is perfect for one or two people. In my way to destination, the host- Olex- responded promptly to my messages and follow through without delay. Wonderful stay!

Nice, clean property at the end of a cul de sac. Olex was very helpful and responsive in his communication. One feature of the property I liked was that the TV in the bedroom was adjustable so could watch in bed, couch, or while eating in the kitchenette.
