Enjoy the panoramic Grand Lake waterfront of Stony Point. Capture family memories on a vacation or by having your wedding here with this view. Behind the gates setting on 20 acres, you will find over 1,200 ft of main lake waterfront to enjoy during your stay. Paved road around the point, boat ramp, swim dock, 2 slip boat dock. The Lodge is over 4,500 SF, sleeping up to 20 guests, with an 825 SF covered deck for outdoor entertainment. Have a bigger group: We have an additional house and cabins on property to add more options, water toys, kayaks, paddleboards and Golf carts for your rental needs. We welcome corporate retreats too!

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Wonderful family getaway

Property is everything it is advertised to be absolutely beautiful and large home accommodated all 19 of us Rebecca was wonderful seeing we had everything we needed and more all lake equipment including boat seadoo etc was available for rent as well. Highly recommend this property

Idyllic Lake Vacation Retreat

Perfect family vacation location. We booked this vacation for my husband's family...19 in all ranging from 11 years to 75 years of age. The location was gorgeous and overlooked a point with beautiful views of the lake. The main living space was open and allowed everyone to interact easily. The rear patio was also a favorite place to chill. The host has everything you could ask for. They also offered for rent an awesome pontoon boat, lily pads, water ski's, sea doos, kayaks and paddle boards to make the trip even better. (All were used except for the sea doos.) The kitchen was well stocked with kitchen cooking supplies including a pressure cooker and a crock pot, nice dinnerware, & 2 fridges. The house is set up on a hill giving the most amazing view of the lake. There are paved steps enabling you to walk down to the dock. However, if you have someone who doesn't walk well, you can rent a golf-cart or just drive down to the dock as there is a service road. Only slightly negative feedback is that there was no twin bed & twin trundle bed in the master bedroom so some slept on the sofas. (We knew we were short a bed or 2 but didn't realize what it was until we got home. I'm sure if we mentioned it to the hosts while we were there, they would have taken care of it.) This minor hiccup did not take away from our vacation. As a side note, there were additional small 1-2 bed cabins also on the property. We got a quick tour of those and thought they looked nice. Overall, everyone in our party said our experience at this property and with these hosts were 5 stars.
