About this property

Villa with pool and sea view, ideal for 3 generations / 2 families with friends

A completely fenced finca with main house ("casa") and two side houses ("apartamento" and "estudio") in Roca Grossa.

A villa for individualists who like to retreat to their own shady terraces (pergola or awning) in front of their bedrooms and enjoy the conviviality of family and friends by the pool, on the charcoal grill or under the large portico.

A finca for families in up to three generations.

If it gets too hot even in the houses, in the pergolas and under the awnings, switch on the air conditioning - and should you arrive in the off-season, warm the house with the heating.

You can park up to two cars in the protective enclosure under a shade-giving pergola; and a few bicycles or motorbikes also have space next to it.

The finca also has a bike rack for 6 bicycles; and ask our caretakers if necessary for the repair stand for bicycles and the bicycle pump.

Bed linen (€ 15 per person and change) and towels (€ 8 per person and change) can be rented from our caretakers in the required number.

We had a great stay in Lloret with friends. The villa was perfect. Clean, parking spots, well equipped with essentials, sea view, spacious,... With the extra logements on the property, it feels like you're staying in a small resort. Also very friendly and helpfull owner and housekeeper!

Nice place with beautiful view. Good comfort with air conditioning.15-20mn drive from different beaches.Sometime the neighborhood can be noisy late in the night (young people back from night club)We appreciate our stay!

Excellent stay in Lloret

Very nice accomodation with a beautfiful view over Lloret and the sea. Very nice swimmingpool as well, including sunbeds and chairs. For us very posistive that the landlady spoke flamish, so communication was very easy. Afterall we looked back on a very nice week at the Costa Brava. Absolutely a recommendation!!

Lloret Gem

This has to be one of the best villas we have stayed in - so much space for all of us to have our own area with the focal point of the pool area for family time. Close enough to everything but far enough out not to be bothered by anything. Fantastic staff who welcomed and look after us during our stay. Cannot fault anything about our visit other than having to leave to come home..........

Great accommodation for family with adults

The accommodation consists of 3 different places, which makes it excellent for parties with different couples that want to be able to have some privacy. It was extremely clean, great beds, excellent showers, relatively new kitchen and kitchen appliances, sufficient beds around the pool. Although it is only 1,5 km from the city center, I would recommend a car, because of the altitude (it is located uphill). We had a great stay with 7 adults and recommend this house to anyone who wants to visit Lloret and its surroundings.

Schönes Anwesen

Wir waren zwei Wochen in dem Anwesen und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Man hat seine Ruhe und kann wirklich genießen. Von den Feierwütigen bekommt man nichts mit. Einkaufen kann man. Ur außerhalb bei CONSUM. Alle anderen Märkte sind auf Feiertourismus ausgelegt. Wir kommen sicher wieder. Vielen Dank Herr Knöpfli für die schönen zwei Wochen in Ihrem Anwesen.

Prachtig huis met fijn groot zwembad. Ligging in de heuvels met steile wegen dus als je slecht ter been bent heb je zeker een auto of taxi nodig.

Uns hat der Aufenthalt sehr gut gefallen. Das Haus ist sehr gut gelegen. In 15 Min. ist man am Stand und es gibt genügend Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe. Man ist aber sicherlich auf ein Auto angewiesen. Das Haus war sauber und verfügte über alles, was man braucht. Einzig die Nachbarschaft kann zwischendurch etwas nervig sein, wenn die Ruhezeiten nicht eingehalten werden. Damit muss man aber wohl in Lloret rechnen. Der Pool war auch super und wurde regelmässig gereinigt. Etwas schade war, dass einige Liegestühle defekt waren und wir deshalb nicht genügend hatten. Ansonsten gibt es nichts zu meckern. Es waren rundum gelungene Ferien.

Nous avons passé 2 semaines idéales. Très belle maison principale et superbe 2eme logement ainsi que le 3 eme. Belle piscine et terrain plat. Lorenz a été très réactif à notre demande. Isabel et Tony sont le contact sur place et sont adorables. Beau séjour je recommande vivement.

Fantastischer Urlaub

Die Villa/Finca bietet eine tolle Küchenausstattung und ist größer, als es auf den Bildern herüberkommt. Der vor Ort Service ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Eine Reklamation wurde schnell und für uns zufriedenstellend bearbeitet. Der Ausblick und die Lage des Objektes ist fabelhaft. Die Umgebung ist ruhig und lässt nichts von dem Treiben im Ort Lloret de Mar erahnen. Alles in allem waren wir hoch zufrieden und würden gerne wiederkommen.

Tout d’abord il faut commencer par Isabe et Tommy les concierges des lieux qui sont au top. Concernant l’hébergement rien à redire tout était parfait avec les 3 dépendances permettant un peu d’intimité pour chacun avec une vue magnifique sur la mer des hauteurs. Si je dois relever un seul point « négatif » le centre-ville n’est pas extrêmement loin à pied mais les montes pour le retour en arrêterons plus d’un

In diesem Haus fehlt es an nichts 😀

Das Haus ist sehr schön. Gute Betten. Alles war sauber. Das Haus ist total gut ausgestattet mit allen Küchenutensilien ,die man benötigt. Toller Salzwasser Pool. Allerdings ist man ohne Auto aufgeschmissen. Wichtig ist , dass man Mückenspray dabei hat. Allerdings scheint es mit den Mücken nicht jedes Jahr so zu sein. Isabell, die gute Hausmeisterin , ist sehr bemüht,wenn es Fragen gibt. Wir danken Allen sehr. Gerne kommen wir wieder.

Notre séjour

Un endroit super génial, juste un peu pénible la monté à pied depuis la mer. La maison est juste magnifique, une jolie piscine, tout est soigné et propre. Je ne peux que recommandé cette villa pour vos semaines de vacances. Merci encore pour tout. C'est avec un grand plaisir qui nous reviendrons à cet endroit.
