HELLENIDES
High-Standard Apartment for 4 people – Pontaillac – Parking
The 85m² apartment is located in the Résidence Les Hellénides (1st floor with elevator) in the highly sought-after Pontaillac district. It can accommodate 4 people in optimal comfort. Very bright, it offers a direct view of the Cordouan Lighthouse and the waves, a spectacle you will never tire of.
The center of Pontaillac is a 10-minute walk away, along with all shops (bakery, pharmacy, cafés, bars, restaurants, mini-market, casino…). A cycle path runs right in front of the residence.
The apartment includes a living area with very comfortable sofas and armchairs, a large flat-screen TV, and internet (fiber). The dining area has a large table with chairs for comfortable meals.
A real bonus is the coffee facing the sea from the kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, fridge/freezer, Nespresso machine, filter coffee maker, toaster, kettle, oven, microwave…
From these rooms, the ocean view is breathtaking, with ever-changing colors depending on the tides and the rhythm of the waves.
You will have access to the terrace, equipped with two deckchairs for coffee breaks, and a table with chairs for outdoor meals on summer evenings.
A large hallway leads to the sleeping area, fitted with spacious storage cupboards.
On the left: a separate toilet and a bathroom (shower) with double sink, tumble dryer, washing machine, and hairdryer.
Finally, there are two bedrooms: one with a 160 cm bed, the other with two 80 cm beds that can be joined together. Both have storage space and offer great comfort.
Bike storage is available in the residence.
Private parking space included.
BED LINEN IS NOT INCLUDED IN THE PRICE but can be provided on request (with extra charge), as well as beds made upon arrival. Duvets and pillows are provided.
WIFI is available. Pets are not allowed. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment.
Noise disturbances at night may result in police intervention. House rules require quiet in the residence between 10:00 p.m. and 8:00 a.m.
The apartment is not accessible for people with reduced mobility.
