If you want privacy and proximity to Mayo without breaking the bank, my house is perfect for your stay. Minimum stay 2 weeks.

Private house all for you - main floor is two bedrooms (although I'm only renting out one), an updated bathroom, fully stocked kitchen, and living / dining room. Laundry (free) in basement. Off-street parking.

Only 1.4 miles from the main Mayo campus you can walk there in 20 minutes or catch a bus a block away.

Some pets OK with additional deposit. Inquire for details.
