Cocoonr Annecy agency offers you to rent Roseaux du Lac 217, a 46 m² duplex flat located on the 2ᵉ floor of a unique residence, set directly on the shores of Lake Annecy, in Duingt.
The residence offers a privileged setting with a private beach reserved for residents, ideal for your swimming or relaxing moments with your feet in the water. There are also two on-site restaurants: Le Wakpala (open in summer) and Le BEC (open all year round). Water sports enthusiasts will be delighted with the activities available right outside the residence: paddle, kayak, wakeboard or water ski.
This family flat boasts a sunny balcony in the afternoon and uninterrupted views of the lake and mountains.
The flat comprises
Ground floor:
- Bright living room with dining area for 6 people and lake view.
- Fully equipped kitchen: ceramic hob, combined microwave oven, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, filter coffee maker, kettle, toaster, crockery and cutlery.
- TV lounge with sofa bed (160x190 cm)
- Storage cupboards.
- Separate WC with washbasin.
- Access to a 7 m² balcony with table, chairs and deckchairs.
First floor:
- Bedroom 1: two single beds (80x200 cm) that can be joined together.
- En-suite shower room with washbasin.
- Bedroom 2: two single beds (80x190 cm)
- Separate bathroom with bath and glass shower screen, washbasin, hairdryer and WC.

- The regular SIBRA bus lines Y51 and 15, with a stop close to the flat, provide easy access to Annecy city centre (about 15 minutes) as well as the nearby beaches (5 minutes) : Eglise" bus stop
- Geneva international airport can be reached in around 45 minutes by car. Buses and private shuttles also run between Geneva and Annecy. For greater convenience, we recommend that you use taxis or VTC services.
- If you are coming by car, a private car park reserved for residents is available. However, spaces are not allocated.

- Parties and noise pollution are strictly forbidden.
- Sheets and towels of hotel quality (4/5 stars) are provided. Beds will be made up on arrival. Tea towels and bath mats are also provided.
