From the house, the terrace, the landscaped garden, or the private beach just opposite, take in the breathtaking views over the crystal-clear waters of Lake Annecy. With its private pontoon and fully equipped beach area (across the road), Villa Riviera offers a truly exclusive lakeside experience.

The house is located on the side of the road, separated from the private beach by the road connecting Annecy to Albertville. This road can be busy during the season.
To access the private beach, it is therefore necessary to cross the national road.

Villa Riviera is located in Bredannaz, a short walk from the lake and a 6-minute drive from the center of Doussard.

Transport:
- The regular SIBRA Y51 bus routes, with a stop located near the villa (Doussard - Bout Du Lac) provide easy access to Annecy city centre (approximately 25 minutes) and the nearby beaches (5 to 15 minutes).
- Geneva International Airport is approximately 1 hour away by car. Bus and private shuttle services also connect Geneva to Annecy. For greater comfort, we recommend using taxis or private hire vehicles.
- If you choose to come by car, private parking spaces are available in the garage and along the road in front of the residence.

- Hotel-quality (4/5-star) sheets and towels are provided. Beds will be made upon your arrival. Tea towels and bath mats are also provided.
