Super clean and affordable villa. Great for exploring and close to some lovely beaches. Only 20 minutes drive to Nassau. The owner has a great eye for details that make the place very comfortable. Near the supermarket and with a nice kitchen.

Great location and right by ocean with nice beach - our last day we relaxed by the beach and went back for lunch and went back to beach - few steps away! Communication with owner was key and she was always responsive right away! Def would book again

We stayed here for two nights before taking a charter with Dream Yacht Charters in the Palm Cay Marina. We rented the car so it was a quick trip to the Marina.

Nassau 2023

Needed to stay a couple of nights in Nassau as a layover between our trip to Long Island and our trip home this place was a great alternative to a hotel room. The home is just like the pictures and is close to a grocery store for stocking up. A nice touch to have a few essentials already there for our use.

Very impressed how clean and detailed villa was. Tonia should be proud of property. Definitely need car to get around. In neighborhood with little drive to any kind of entertainment.
