Ideal spot to stay in Incline!

Was the perfect choice for our family's stay in Incline! Beautifully equipped condo and near to just about everything. Highly walk-able to all the things to see, do and eat in Incline. Lovely neighborhood, and was the perfect oasis to retreat to each day after a day of adventuring!

Was a beautify home and the host was SUPER nice and responsive to any contact. We did have a hiccup with the HOA about parking a very small open trailer in the garage but that was rectified quickly. It made the stay a bit uncomfortable for the rest of the trip…. Felt like we were being watched. The HOA was walking around with clipboards and down the sides of the property. Felt like we couldn’t open the curtains. Couldn’t get coffee maker to work & blinds had quite an accumulation of dust. All in all a beautiful place though.

I do want to clarify a few points for accuracy. At no time during your stay did you contact us regarding the coffee maker, and had we known you were experiencing any difficulty, we would have addressed it immediately. We encourage guests to reach out with any concerns so we can resolve them promptly. Regarding the trailer, all guests receive the HOA house rules prior to arrival, which clearly state that trailers are not permitted on the property. Once the HOA notified us, the matter was resolved quickly, and we appreciate your cooperation. The HOA’s presence on the property is simply to ensure community standards are followed, and we understand this may have felt uncomfortable and apologize it this you feel this way. We appreciate your comments about the blinds and will ensure our cleaning team addresses this. Thank you again for your feedback and for staying with us.

A happy place!

The property was well equipped with all the necessary items for a comfortable stay. Quiet wooded area with a deck facing the trees was an extra treat and my family enjoyed the pool area and also access to Burnt Cedar pool and lake area. Definately a do over.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful Townhome! Gregg and Kim were fantastic hosts; both proactive and responsive communicators. The place is spacious, well appointed and modern, comfortable and absolutely perfect for six adults. We love Third Creek in general, have stayed at many units, and this is one of the very best. We can't wait to return!
