  • Amazing, close to slopes

"Second time we've stayed here. Wonderful 3 bedroom, plenty of room for our family of 4. Cozy, close to Diamond Peak and town, can't beat it. If we ski Diamond Peak again this will be our first choice of rental."

  • Had a wonderful Retreat!

"This is a condo in a 4-plex in a very quiet neighborhood. There is a one-car garage and plenty of on-street parking (but maybe not when it's snowy?). Everything was clean and fresh. The hot tub was sparkling clear and clean and only about 5 steps from the back sliding glass door. The hot tub is only for this condo, not shared with the other units. The kitchen has lots of counter space and every kitchen item/appliance you can think of available. I loved the quilts on the beds. This condo is ideal for a group of unrelated adults to stay at because there are 6 twin beds, plus a queen size bed, so there's plenty of beds that don't have to be shared. All three bedrooms are upstairs, so that was nice to have them separate from the living areas downstairs. We didn't hear any noise from neighbors. The gas fireplace was great. The couch was roomy and comfortable. The towels were all brand new and there were plenty of them for the 7 of us. The rental company was easy-peasy to work with and is located only 3 blocks away. We went for a lovely walk along the bike/walking path that runs along Lakeshore Blvd admiring all the beautiful houses and the beaches. The TV system was tricky. We could get the TV to work, but not the sound; same with the DVD player. We notified the property management about it upon checkout, so hopefully they'll get that resolved and get a guide for using the TV in the condo. We had a great stay and it was just perfect for our relaxing, low-key retreat."

  • Simply stated, 'What a great property!!'

"Our family of four visited this property during the Summer of 2016 with another family of four and feel so fortunate on our rental choice! The property is in pristine condition as it recently went through a renovation. It is not only clean and new but has a feel of luxury throughout. Beautiful craftsmanship, wood flooring, plush carpeting are just a few of the things that stood out immediately with this rental. - The kitchen is beautifully done and has everything a family would need while on vacation, including a Keurig coffee pot for this coffee loving couple - Each bathroom is custom, with beautiful rock & tile work throughout. Showers had constant hot water and most importantly, great water pressure as well! - The kids room was perfectly setup with two sets of bunkbeds, each properly setup with lighting and plugs for chargers. As well as television for the kids to watch their shows in the evening. - The master and guest bedrooms were incredibly comfortable as well! - Have to note the downstairs lighting as well. It is amazing, unique and built into the beams in the ceiling. Very cool and beautiful! A couple items to note that make this rental standout even further: - Service - The owners were amazingly responsive to our couple questions and inquiries. One of which was the heat, as the week we were in Incline was the hottest of the summer. They responded the next morning, dropping off portable fans in case we needed them. - Beach access - Yes, this unit has access to the Incline private beaches we love, but it also came with a pre-loaded card that paid our access fees the first few days. Small detail.... greatly appreciated! - Outdoors - Our two families had four kids and the outdoor areas were perfect for them, as they were able to play, throw frisbees, balls, explore, etc. During the evening, they were able to run out on the golf course as well when the course was closed, which the kids loved. Tons of space for kids to be kids. Thank you again to the owners for renting such a great unit, we would highly recommend it to any other families looking to spend time in Incline Village."

  • Amazing Stay... All we could have asked for

"Cindy and Dave's condo was fantastic and very clean. There wasn't anything we could have wanted that they hadn't thought of from comfortable beds to sleds (and a great sledding hill five minutes away), to coffee with cream & sugar. Once we arrived, we only left to ski and otherwise cooked our meals in the well stocked kitchen and watched the skiers come down the mountain or the flames dancing in the fireplace. Cindy was extremely responsive, generous, and helpful. The only thing we would mention for visitors is that the road getting up to the condo is steep and there had just been a storm the day before our arrival. It wasn't a problem with our AWD SUV, but without AWD or 4WD, I'd consider the weather before booking. But that is par for the course in the mountains. Also, the Rec Center with the pool is in Incline Village, not apart of the condo complex. We had hoped to use it, but enjoyed our days on the mountain and staying in the condo too much to venture out! Cindy and Dave made our first family ski vacation a wonderful experience. We hope to be back soon! Thank you so much!"
