  • Winter Holiday in Incline Village

"The home was well maintained, beds were conferrable, well stocked firewood, lots of stairs and high altitude (7300 feet) was a little hard for us. We got lucky with the weather a large storm the first night brought lots of snow, then beautiful weather for the next week while we stayed in Tahoe.Very happy with the home and service we received. No issues and no need to call the property mgmt. for anything."

  • Had a wonderful Retreat!

"This is a condo in a 4-plex in a very quiet neighborhood. There is a one-car garage and plenty of on-street parking (but maybe not when it's snowy?). Everything was clean and fresh. The hot tub was sparkling clear and clean and only about 5 steps from the back sliding glass door. The hot tub is only for this condo, not shared with the other units. The kitchen has lots of counter space and every kitchen item/appliance you can think of available. I loved the quilts on the beds. This condo is ideal for a group of unrelated adults to stay at because there are 6 twin beds, plus a queen size bed, so there's plenty of beds that don't have to be shared. All three bedrooms are upstairs, so that was nice to have them separate from the living areas downstairs. We didn't hear any noise from neighbors. The gas fireplace was great. The couch was roomy and comfortable. The towels were all brand new and there were plenty of them for the 7 of us. The rental company was easy-peasy to work with and is located only 3 blocks away. We went for a lovely walk along the bike/walking path that runs along Lakeshore Blvd admiring all the beautiful houses and the beaches. The TV system was tricky. We could get the TV to work, but not the sound; same with the DVD player. We notified the property management about it upon checkout, so hopefully they'll get that resolved and get a guide for using the TV in the condo. We had a great stay and it was just perfect for our relaxing, low-key retreat."

  • Beautiful Condo

"Location location! Perfect for our stay. The unit is as advertised. We stayed right after the huge back to back snow storms. Walkways and parking were already cleared of snow upon arrival. Helpful tips: Don't expect any kitchen staples. There was salt & pepper and spray Pam, but that's it. Bring whatever you think you will need. The markets are also very close. Think of it as a "Residence Inn", and bring your food & condiments. There are lots of dishes and utensils. As stated before, nothing for use in the oven so bring your own or plan on getting some foil bakeware at the market. We were able to hook up Apple TV to watch other shows, but the Netflix and HBOGo would have been fine. Besides...who wants to stay in and watch TV with all the outdoor beauty around to play in. Plenty of towels and blankets. There were also plenty of travel size bath products and a good hair dryer. Rick was extremely responsive and always answered questions within the hour. We will definitely stay here again. Thanks Rick!"

  • Love this place!

"This is the third time I've rented this unit. It is a very nice, modern condo. That has a great Tahoe feel! I've recommend it to many people, some of which have also rented it! They love it as well! :)"
