  • Good fit for our group of 12

"Came with 2 other families for a long weekend of snow and skiing with the kids at nearby Diamond Peak resort. Total 6 adults + 6 kids in our group (all ages 3 - 6yo), and the house was about the perfect size. PROs - The house is in good condition and comfortable. The owner had set up additional toddler beds in the parents' bedrooms as offered, which worked out well. The main living room is a good size and comfortable, and the huge dining table got good use. The kids loved playing in the snow on the deck. Owners had also cleared a usable path to the hot tub despite the massive amounts of snow outside, which was appreciated and used. Location was great for us - loved the tree-lined surroundings and literally just a couple of minutes' drive from the base of the Diamond Peak resort. CONs - Kitchen was ever so slightly on the small side for our busy group of 12. Wasn't a big deal, just got a bit crowded at times. Similarly, the garage was a tight squeeze for our 3 cars (not helped by the massive amounts of snow restricting the approach to one of the entrances) - again not a major problem, just had to work a bit harder to get everyone's vehicle safely in and out each night / morning. OTHER - Very detail oriented owner (which is generally a good thing and understandable, but the volume of information and instructions to digest was a bit intimidating at times). Overall a good deal for the location and size. Would definitely come back here again."

  • Exactly what we needed.

"This property provided, my wife and I, the perfect home base during our explorations of Lake Tahoe and Northern Nevada. The small kitchen allowed us to eat breakfast in saving time and money. It was quite, comfortable and had everything needed."

  • Great McCloud Condo

"We really enjoyed this well maintained and well equipped McCloud condo in Incline Village/Lake Tahoe. The place had everything we needed. The Condo is in a very quiet section and close to the beach, stores, and restaurants. Stayed for 2 weeks and wished we stayed longer. We would definitely return. Randy"

  • Comfort and Fun for the Whole Family

"My daughter and I took my sister and her kids on their first snow adventure. I have used airbnb and vrbo before and have stayed in some nice places but this codo has been my favorite! It's in a great location with plenty of parking. The sleeping arrangements are comfortable and plentiful The kitchen had everything you could want. Having a sharp knife and a good selection of pans was a welcome surprise! My family is already asking when we are coming back :) Owner was great too - did what they said and were easy to work with. I love this place!!"
