Just 800 meters from the beaches and 400 meters from the municipal swimming pool, the Topaze cottage is perfect for an active or relaxing family vacation, between the sea and the mountains, in the heart of the Pyrénées-Orientales region. This large 1960s house with its 500 m² private, enclosed, wooded garden and private swimming pool (3 x 12 x 1.5 m) is located in a quiet neighborhood. Access to the ground floor bedroom is only from the outside through the garden, with a direct view of the pool. This bedroom is furnished with a queen-size Murphy bed, a kitchenette, and a bathroom (toilet). Through an entrance hall, you will access the upper floor, which opens onto the large, bright living room with a dining room and lounge, surrounded by a balcony. The kitchen is separate. Due to architectural constraints, through the kitchen, you will access the bedroom equipped with a queen-size Murphy bed and its private living room overlooking the garden and pool. One bedroom has a queen-size bed, and another with a king-size bed opening onto the balcony. Shower room, toilet. Parking for 3 cars in the garden and in the cul-de-sac in front of the house. 2 gîtes (4 people and 2 people) are also available on site. Located in Argelès-sur-Mer, the gîte welcomes you for an authentic stay between fine sandy beaches, unspoiled nature and Catalan heritage.
