A 3 bedroom, 2 bath - you've never seen one like this before! Lounge in this IG worthy house just 2 blocks from Dickies Arena and across the street from Will Rogers Colesium and the Fort Worth Museums. A short Uber to the historical Fort Worth Stockyards, downtown & TCU. This property has all the comforts of home!

Welcome to the Groovy Casa, a Fort Worth hidden gem. Located in a quiet residential neighborhood, across the street from Will Rogers Auditorium and 2 blocks from Dickies Arena. Just a short drive to the historical Fort Worth Stockyards, Downtown and TCU. The house is equipped with modern amenities like high-speed WiFi, Smart TVs and quality mattresses, linens and towels.

The Groovy Casa is the perfect base to explore the DFW area for fellow adventurers, young families and business travelers.

The house is 1683 square feet with a master bedroom and 2 guest bedrooms. 2 full bathrooms and an oversized laundry room with a queen size futon for additional sleeping. Full size washer and dryer are available for your use.

BEDROOMS
Each bedroom comes with mattress encasements, mattress protectors and high quality mattresses. Bedrooms are equipped with large closets, bedside tables and lamps. Each bedroom features a smart TV. Just bring your login for Netflix, Hulu, Prime, etc.

LIVING ROOM
A comfortable couch that converts into a bed, for more sleeping space. You’ll also have a 55" Smart TV - just bring your personal login along. Record Player with records for your entertainment.

KITCHEN
Vintage Kitchen fully equipped with everything you need to whip something up during your stay. You’ll have a fridge & freezer, 4 burner gas stove, full size oven, toaster, microwave and much more. Keurig and 8 cup traditional coffee pot available.

We provide complimentary coffee. You'll find an assortment of tea and coffee for your enjoyment.

BATHROOM
Both bathrooms equipped with fresh linens.

FRONT PATIO
Covered large front patio with lounge chairs.

BACKYARD
Covered private patio and backyard for your enjoyment. The string lights are easily activated by plugging the string into the outlet.

We absolutely loved our stay at this house! It was perfect for our girls trip — spacious, spotless, and decorated so fun and thoughtfully. Every room had cute touches that made the whole place feel special and Insta-worthy. The beds were super comfortable, the kitchen had everything we needed, and the outdoor space was the perfect place to relax with a drink after exploring.The host was responsive and easy to communicate with, and check-in was a breeze. We genuinely didn’t want to leave! Highly recommend this home if you’re looking for a stylish, comfortable, and memorable place to stay. We would 100% book again!

Clean, accommodating and so fun

Our family had a great time at this home. The Pac-Man and record player was a hit. Beds were all very comfortable. House was clean. Host was great and very accommodating. We look forward to visiting again!

We enjoyed our stay and the location was fabulous! Very convenient to our event at Will Rogers. The only reason I gave this a 4 instead of a 5 is that the house had a few minor issues. It is an old house - very charming - but with that come a few inconveniences. It was pretty dark - not well lit and the master bathroom shower would not shut off completely. Also, there were no electrical outlets by the bed to charge your phone at night. Two of the beds were comfortable but one of the queen beds was extremely hard and two of my friends complained about not sleeping well because of this. But overall these were minor things and we really enjoyed our stay.

My # 1 Choice when in town

We enjoyed everything, especially the distance to Dickies Arena. We saved so much money by cooking in the kitchen, which was well stocked. The bathrooms were updated and clean. The beds were all very comfortable. The backyard and front porch were very relaxing. They have a utility room stocked with an ironing board and an iron, which we forgot. Anything and everything you can think of was provided in the Groovy Casa. I will stay again when I'm in town.

This fit our needs well. The bedrooms were set up so noise from our little ones didn’t carry. Being close to the museums was great, too.

Feels like home

Our group really enjoyed the stay at the Groovy Casa, it was like stepping back to my childhood/teenage years. From the albums and pictures on the wall to the burnt orange stove and glass door knobs, I felt at home. It was convenient to all the things we wanted to do while in Fort Worth. I highly recommend this house!

Cool house

This house was perfect for our stay. We were able to park at the house and walk to dickies arena. The beds were great and the house had everything we needed. We loved the vintage decor!!! House felt very safe also!!!

This is a very nice and well-equipped house, with lots of 70s decor and little touches. Perfect location if you're doing anything at Dickie's or in the cultural district.

It’s a vibe!

Cool property, with great 70s/80s decor. Only suggestion is new carpeting. Everything in the house seems original, decor-wise, which made it a fun stay! Easy check-in and great location.

Great stay

House was very clean and we'll stocked. Very comfortable and we loved the vintage decor. The pacman game made it fun when we had some downtime. Enjoyed exploring fort worth. Great food close by. Nice neighborhood and really nice front porch.

Groovy casa, great location

This is a very well-equipped and comfortable house that's in a nice older neighborhood and a short walk to most things in the cultural district. We stayed there specifically to be able to walk to Dickies Arena, which worked out perfectly. The host was very helpful and communicative, and the entire house had everything - kitchen stuff, extra linens, etc - that we needed.

Lovely quirky home in the cultural district

Me and my family really enjoyed staying in this home. It had a great retro vibe, comfortable beds, plenty of closet space if you need it. I also really appreciated the shampoo, conditioner and coffee (plus creamer and sugar!!) that were provided. Lots of places don’t provide these little things and it was very much appreciated. It was across the street from the museums and walking distance to a few places to eat. Great location.

Perfect location!

We were recently in town for a concert at Dickies Arena and the location was absolutely perfect! A very easy, safe walk to the arena as well as several great restaurants. Only a 10 minute or so drive to downtown or the Stockyards. The house was very comfortable and had everything we needed. We had a few minor issues with the cleaning status, but would still highly recommend for anyone visiting the area!
