Beautiful house that can accommodate up to 6 people, ideally located in the heart of Ars-en-Ré.
She benefits from a privileged location, close to the village centre and cycle paths.
You will enjoy a pleasant sunny terrace and a calm environment, perfect for a relaxing stay on the island.
The beach of Pas de la Grange is located approximately 2 km away, easily accessible by bicycle or car.
The house offers all the necessary comfort with a bright living/lounge area, a fully equipped open kitchen, and a private parking space for a vehicle located at the back of the garden.
The car entrance is shared with the second house on the plot, but the parking remains entirely private.

Passionate about history, summer activities, gastronomy, art and decoration, we are happy to help you enjoy a quality stay in our home.
Upon your arrival, we will provide you, in addition to our welcome kit, a welcome guide with tips and our advice for discovering the Island of Ré under the best conditions!
The house is open for booking from 5 days of rental outside the summer period.
INCLUDED SERVICES:
The end-of-stay cleaning is included.
The rental and delivery of household linen for beds and bathrooms are included in July and August (and optional outside July and August).
The key handover and house presentation directly on site are included.
The tourist tax is not included.
