The pool and spa are open for use as of April 11, 2025. 2 bedroom 2 bath beachfront front condo. Incredible sunset view from the balcony. The complex has a private beachfront pool and hot tub which walks out to the white, sandy gulf beaches. Newly remodeled fully functional kitchen. Just minutes from Clearwater and St Pete. Amenities galore.

You get what you see! Nice spacious condo, easy pool and beach access. Great location! The king size memory foam mattress was firm and comforting. I would definitely stay again.

Had issues checking in hard to get ahold of host. Host also gave cleaning crew wrong check out date they came into the condo when we were out but our belongings were inside nothing was missing. Condo location views of beach and inter-coastal waterway, pool and hot tub were great.

I apologize for the mix-up on the checkout time. I wish I could do that over. As far as check-in, it's very rare that anyone has an issue with it. In general my response time to guests is fast but in that case I was too slow to help. I'm glad you were finally able to get in following the instructions.

We loved the spacious, comfortable unit. Great location, just steps from the beach, nice view from the large balcony. Next to the seabirds sanctuary. Heated pool and hot tub.

We had a wonderful trip. Host was very responsive. Amenities were great. Elevator did go out but that was out of the hosts hands. My family enjoyed their stay and look forward to visiting again.

The condo itself is very nice! It would have been nice to have a few more kitchen items available, such as, foil, Saran Wrap, large bottle of dish soap, storage containers etc. with that being said, it did not take away the fun and relaxing atmosphere of the condo or the area. The pool was nice and warm and hot tub was hot. Just the way we like it. Doug was very prompt at responding to any needs or questions we had. We would stay here again!

We’ve been coming to San Remo for the last several years. Doug’s condo is laid out pretty much the same as others we’ve rented, although we did run into a few glitches involving the TV and some kitchen utensils. But, the view was glorious as ever and the weather certainly better than the blizzard we missed in MA!!

The condo was clean and had the ideal perks of being close to the beach as well as an onsite pool available. There was a minor inconvenience of the ice maker not working so we had to buy a bag, but a major inconvenience of the elevator being down 4 out of 9 days of the stay. While this is not the owner's fault, the communication was at times less than ideal (phone calls unanswered with only text responses) regarding this situation. I did not see it mentioned as an issue in prior reviews so likely an unfortunate fluke, but something for others to keep in mind if anyone in your party has difficulty with repeated trips up and down 4 flights of stairs. Overall, we did enjoy our stay and would stay here again.

The location is amazing. The view from the balcony was beautiful. We had some issues with the washer/dryer and the AC but the owner offered help right away. Inside is a little dated with some small repairs needed but it was comfortable. We had a really good vacation.

Great Place to Stay

This property was exactly as described. We had a great time relaxing on the beach and watching dolphins and collecting shells. The only thing we couldn't figure out was how to work the TV, but that was okay, we had a great time and have no complaints!!! Highly recommended to stay here!

Quiet family friendly convenient location

Amazing location!

The property was just perfect- the beach is incredible, super close and not crowded at all. The pool was great as well as the balcony with an ocean view. The apartment was clean and comfortable- we didn’t want to leave!

Great Time

The location was great. It was even closer to the beach than what I could tell from the online description. The condo was clean. We really liked the wagon and the chairs provided. The sunsets were beautiful. My only complaint is I wished there were a few more cooking pans and a few more mixing bowls. It was great having the washer and dryer too. Would definitely stay here again.
