This Oceanside Villa offers great boating access. 40' of dock outside your door and a short run from the protected dockage to Vaca Cut for Ocean or Gulf side boating.
Picture Perfect home and cute as a button. 3 bedrooms, 2 baths and expansive windows with views of the ocean 500' away. Nearly new with all the amenities you could want on a vacation in the Keys. The 20' swim spa on the patio will be a treat! Underwater light at the dock will attract fascinating nocturnal sea life. Indoor entertainment is easy with a large screen TV in the living room for everyone to gather and watch movies or sports together and TV's in each bedroom for after hours relaxation.
The kitchen has everything you will need for a great vacation and a spacious bar area for food prep and dining. Step outside to the undercover porch off the kitchen and curl up with a great book or have a quiet chat about the days events and tomorrows plans.
The swim spa will delight and the seating area dockside and outdoor table for eating grill side is a great place to enjoy the waterfront.
Want to explore but not in a boat? Enjoy the 4 kayaks or two bikes to go by land or sea!

A small dog would be considered, please contact me with details of your pet for permission. A pet fee of $150 would apply.
Parking is limited, two vehicles only or one truck and a small trailer. We can offer complimentary trailer storage at our office which is within walking distance of the house.
Home is on a week minimum, Saturday to Saturday schedule.

Marathon Key

We loved our stay in marathon. The house was perfect for us and we enjoyed being close to the water. Would definitely stay again!

It was a very merry Christmas!

My family loved staying here to celebrate the holiday. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare our meals, and the sunrises from the master bedroom/balcony were stunning. Neighbors were very friendly, and we would definitely consider staying here again.

Great Location and very nice Exterior

Great property, very clean inside and out, great dock bulkhead and wonderful fish cleaning station. Rented a boat for the entire week and cleaned the boat/fish daily. Amenities inside were also great, only two minor complaints, we only got one set of keys, would have preferred keypad entry. Also we eat in and cook and the two frying pans need replacing as no matter what you used on them the food sticks. Thank you we will rent again.

Clean and comfy!

This property is very well maintained, clean and comfortable! Beds sleep well, outside spaces are great, kayaks and boat dock are nice. Saw manatees every day and plenty of fish from the dock. Neighborhood and property are a little cramped but neighbors were all nice and friendly. All in all we had a great stay!

Keys Vacation!

This is a great place to stay. The view of the ocean from upper balcony was great. Easy access to ocean and gulf for boating. The place was clean and listing description was accurate. The master bedroom was missing some blinds on the slider and hand soaps were all empty, but those are little things to overlook. we saw multiple manatees everyday.

Relaxing break from Michigan winter

The house was better than expected and provided a wonderful escape from Michigan winter. Home was clean and comfortable. Beds were very comfortable, I slept great all week which doesn’t always happen away from home. I absolutely loved having my morning coffee outside on the upper porch. We saw manatees right off the dock one morning and one evening, it was magical! The kayaks and swim spa provided even more fun. Great location in Marathon, close to several great restaurants and activities. We took a fishing charter literally a 2 minute drive away. Overall I would recommend this home and would stay there again.

Birthday getaway in Feb

We had a wonderful time in this house. It is beautifully bright and updated. Very clean and the closets are awesome. Rooms are nice size. Very charming! Balcony is nice overlooking the canal. It does get a little noisy from the road close by… my only complaint but that is nothing. The spa pool is a little dated and was low on water but was very clean and nice to sit in. The top was very hard to get off but was worth the effort. There are 4 or 5 kayaks in the storage room and they were great to use! The water in the canal is clear and the ocean is so close! We kayaked out and watched the sunset… it was awesome! Great house, great vacation. My friend from NC flew down to join us and was very pleased with the stay. My Sister was also with us.. we had a memorable birthday! I would recommend this house! Great location to many attractions and is a great price!

Fantastic home for a blissful Key vacation!

The pictures are exactly what you get, plus more. Home was very neat and clean. The bedrooms were more than adequate for our six people. Kitchen was stocked well enough for us to easily cook half the time we were there. We used the bikes and the kayaks because we had extended family staying on the bay side and we would kayak back and forth. Area was quiet at night. Dock accommodated a boat we rented for a few days nicely. There's a large propane grill downstairs that is in very good condition. The pool/spa was in good condition and was particularly nice after a full day walking in Key West. The Manager, Kitty, was very nice and very personable. She was always quick to respond and helpful no matter what time of day it was.

Nice house

This house is on the canal which opens to the ocean. The beds were comfortable and they left a nice welcome package. There were adequate towels and sheets but only one soft throw blanket. The rest were bed spreads. The house is bright and with lots of windows. The kitchen had most of what we needed. The house had kayaks and life vests, two bikes and one beach chair. I was surprised at the lack of beach gear and fishing equipment. We rented poles at a nearby place and caught some small fish on canal. Bigger ones at state park. Swim spa was great. I would have appreciated more clear Instructions. ALWAYS take keys with you. The door automatically locks randomly and we got locked out in a thunderstorm. Lucky for us the management came and let us back in. Location is good and walking distance to some great shops. Parking for our suburban.

Great house

This is a very nice renovated property. Was great for my family to stay. Good location, kayaks, bikes and the hot tub were great. Unit manager was very helpful. Only downfall is Whatever cleaning company they use could do better.

Keys Vacation

We had a wonderful time and the location was excellent. The kitchen was well equipped, minus a large frying pan. The bikes both had flat tires, and the bean bag toss was missing 2 bags. We had issues with the hot tub so was unable to use it for 2 days. This was resolved with the help of our manager. A few items were left behind in drawers, sock, hair extensions. The beds had dust bunnies under them. Positive notes: plenty of towels, gift bag on arrival was very nice. Stores were in close range. We enjoyed our stay very much. Being a resort owner in Northern Minnesota, we appreciate the hospitality and also know a good report helps make for improvements.

Excellent place and location

Booked for a week. First few days we had a group of 8 and had enough space for all with the pull out sofa. Caught a few fish from the dock each evening. Had manatees show up one evening. Excellent location for boating as the property is a 2 minute bit ride to the Vaca Cut which is an easy boat ride to either the Gulf or Atlantic. The house is modern and updated. Had everything we needed for a great trip. Would stay here again for sure
