Estamos alquilando un condominio de 2 pisos, una casa de lujo, CONDOMINIOS DE VILLA HOUSE, con acceso muy cercano a playa privada, aproximadamente 50 yardas (8 etiquetas de playa incluidas) y piscina privada en la exclusiva sección 'Diamond Beach' de Wildwood Crest. La parte posterior del condominio se encuentra en una reserva natural. Estacionamiento cubierto para dos autos y estacionamiento adicional disponible.

El segundo piso tiene cocina, comedor / sala de estar con sofá cama doble, baño y dormitorio principal con cama de matrimonio. El primer piso tiene cuarto de lavado, baño completo y dos habitaciones: camas de matrimonio en una y gemelas en la otra. Hay dos balcones: uno en el dormitorio principal con vista a la piscina y otro en la sala de estar con vista al océano. Hay acceso a internet e inalámbrico.

A pocos pasos de la playa privada y la piscina. Restaurantes, una reserva natural, minigolf y otras atracciones se encuentran a poca distancia. El cabo victoriano de May se encuentra a solo cinco minutos en coche, el famoso paseo marítimo y los muelles de atracciones de Wildwood están a tres millas de distancia, y los casinos y espectáculos de Atlantic City están a solo 45 minutos en coche.

A Great Stay!

We had a great stay in August of 2023! The condo had lots of room for our family of 5. The kitchen included everything we needed for some simple meals and the short walk to the beach was so convenient, even our small kids didn't complain about it. Very close to Wildwood and Cape May for fun activities but nice to come back to peace and quiet at the condo. The pool was also very nice. A great place for a stay down the shore!

Great!

Joe's townhouse was exceptionally clean, had everything we needed, and is in a great location. It's just steps from the beach and backs the Cape May Wildlife Refuge so that balcony off the living room is extremely quiet and relaxing and offers some water views. Everything was exactly as described.

Great vacation

We have vacationed in Diamond beach for years and this was my first time renting this property. It is very well kept and the owner was very friendly and accommodating. The location is so close to beach and a quick drive to wildwood boardwalk. The balcony was my favorite spot for a quiet morning coffee and my kids loved the pool after a long day on the beach. My family had a wonderful vacation and made lifelong memories. Can’t wait to go back again!!!

Great place and location

The owners are very responsive. No issues at all. Property was clean and the location was great. We enjoyed ourselves and we are very happy that we chose this location. People watching from the balcony was fun. The beach is only 500 feet away with a view. Great beaches and the beach club was fun too. Cape May is 5 minutes away. We loved our stay.

Back again for annual girls trip!

Once again we rented at Villa House for another amazing weekend away! Condo was even nicer than I remembered! Everyone commented on how well they slept- combo of fresh air and comfy beds :) Luckily we had amazing weather and spent time between the beach and pool. I have never seen a beach and pool so maintained. Had a fabulous time exploring Cape May and enjoying the nightlife of Wildwood. Thanks again for a wonderful place to get away!!

Relaxing weekend at the shore

My girlfriends and I wanted to get out of the city for a relaxing weekend and this was the perfect escape! The townhouse was perfect for us- big, clean, nicely decorated and close to everything, including steps away from Diamond Beach. We had a couple of amazing dinners in Cape May, which is just a few miles away. It was nice to have a quiet and relaxing area, while still being able to enjoy the nighlife of Cape May. Also the home owners were wonderful to work with. They were very accomodating. My girlfriends and I are looking to rebook for another girlfriends retreat in the future, and this will be our house again!

Diamond Beach Wow!

My family has stayed here many times and each time, it's been a wonderful experience. The unit is impeccable (I wish my house was as clean!) and the location can't be beat. The beach is clean, well-guarded and located adjacent to the condo. Each time we come down, we discover new adventures, new places to visit, new restaurants to enjoy, new friends. There's something for everyone here: golf courses, marinas, bird sanctuaries, walking trails. Cape May Zoo is a short drive away, and you must visit the beautiful Cape May Lighthouse. Try your hand looking for sea glass at Sunset Beach, and you can't miss the great shops in the Cape May pedestrian mall.

Vacation 2020

We had a great time at diamond beach despite some bad weather for part of the week and restrictions on opening the pool due to covid-19. Joe’s place was clean and comfortable for our family vacation, and he was very responsive to any questions or issues . The wildlife refuge is literally out the back deck, which made for a more quiet & peaceful vacation. The beach is also a close walk and visible from the back deck . It is a nice perk to have the refuge right there to go walk and explore. We’d love to come back to diamond beach to experience it when things are less restrictive and things are more open. Our family was just grateful to get away and have a great stay at the shore! And Joe and Faye’s place was just that , a great place to stay at the shore !

WHAT A GREAT VACATION!

this townhouse was beautiful and clean. You can see the ocean from the front balcony. The owner's were fabulous to work with. They checked in with us when we arrived and prior to leaving.They literally had everything in the unit. All we needed to bring was our linens. We will come back year after year. The location was perfect. Step outside your door and the ocean is right there. There is a nice pool right outside your front door. Wildwood Crest was great because the beaches were not packed like Wildwood would be. The beaches were beautiful. You are only a few minutes from the boardwalk. My family and children had such a great time. Diamond Beach is now our favorite place. We thank the owners for providing such wonderful accomodations!

Simply amazing

Not only is the property more than accommodating, Joe the owner and Linda, housecleaning were amazing! from the time of booking in january to our trip in july, Joe didnt miss a beat with making sure we were well prepared for our trip. Extremely quick response times and a few clarifying conversations makes renting very reassuring. Although we arrived before check in, we were kindly allowed to drop off our refrigerated items in the laundry room until check in, to allow linda to clean up and were able to use the restroom after the long trip. Linda was extremely kind. will definitely rent again

This place has it all! Comfort, convenience & close to the beach.

Immaculate, spacious & comfortable. Best location right next to the beach. Beautiful pool. Near wonderful dining & scenic Cape May. Owners are very responsive.

Perfect Location

This our second time to stay at the Wildwood Crest unit on Diamond Beach. Everything you need and walking distance to the beach,bar and pool. Plan to enjoy another year soon.

Villa Vacation Dream

For a vacation you won't forget, you must stay at Villa House! It is just a few minutes walk to spectacular Diamond Beach where one can relax, swim, play bocci ball, fish, exercise, or people and dolphin watch. The beach is private (passes are provided) so it's never crowded. There are also bathrooms and a refreshment stand. When you've had enough salt water, you and your children can cool down in the clean and convenient swimming pool, right below your private balcony. The condo is extremely well maintained, comfortable and provides everything one could desire for a fuss-free vacation: Wireless, TV's in each bedroom, 2nd level open concept living with TV, lots of seating, great views and lighting, ceiling fans, excellent air conditioning, plenty of cookware, laundry facilities, and storage. I particularly appreciated a protected area for our bicycles, golf & beach equipment and cars. If anything unexpected did come up, Joe was extremely efficient in having it taken care of. There is a modern convenience store at the entry end of the street and family friendly restaurants and activities in nearby Wildwood Crest. Besides the beach, perhaps the best thing about staying at Villa House is that it is right next to historic Cape May. The restaurants there are top notch. And one could spend hours shopping, viewing the Victorian architecture and wildlife in the marshes near the light house, or enjoying the nightlife. I have stayed at Villa House many times and can't wait to go back in just a few months. It's the perfect destination for everyone.

Best Ever Vacation Spot!!!

My family and I have stayed in this condo many times and always with units from Joe and Faye. I think it may be 7 or 8 now and each time the accommodation keeps getting better with owner improvements to the rooms. Let me enumerate the rental with bullet points to simplify the review. * The rooms are very clean and extremely well cared for; very comfortable beds * The pool area is immaculate and very clean and rarely crowded * The total distance from the condo to the well-manicured beach is only 100 yards; extremely clean * The beach is not crowded as it is semi private * The Wildwood Crest beach is considered one of the safest in the world; you can wade out many yards and still only be waist deep; great peace of mind with children with lifeguard supervision * The area restaurants in nearby Cape May are world class; but, if you choose to cook in the condo you will find an extremely well stocked kitchen with all appliances and utensils * Lots of shopping in Cape May for that special gift * The Wi-Fi internet connection is faster than the one I have in my home! * The cable TV is super; the entertainment center is complete with DVD player. This is not only true of the living room area but where all TV's are located; every bedroom has a TV * Nearby there a several golf courses (including miniature golf), fishing piers, the Cape May Zoo, Sunset Beach to watch spectacular sunsets, 45 minutes to Atlantic City, marinas, walking trails and so on… * Convenience stores within walking distance for beach supplies, food, drink, etc. I could go on but I think you get my point! You will not be disappointed with this fabulous vacation rental. Our 2017 vacation is already booked with owners Joe and Faye! Thanks to them for providing an incredibly complete vacation spot!

Perfect Family Beach Vacation!

We have been coming to Wildwood Crest for many years-this was our second year at Diamond Beach & our first time at Villa House. The condo was amazing for our family. It was close to the beach & had more than enough room & privacy for everyone. (ages ranged from 12 to 68!) The condo was meticulously clean & well equipped. The owners thought of EVERYTHING. We plan on returning here year after year! Thank you, Joe & Faye, for sharing your home with us!

Happy family

The condo was great especially with small kids. Kiddie pool was perfect and a really short walk to the beach. The nature preserve was peaceful at night with really nice ocean views. The listing description was accurate and the owner was very responsive. Thanks Joe and family!

Visited a friend at Villa House in August 2001 and loved it so much we purchased one by the end of October. We think it's the nicest beach we've ever went to.

Our unit has very close access to the beach. Diamond Beach has a food concession and a bar with some afternoon and evening entertainment and dance floor. Volleyball also available on beach.
Pool is immediately outside the condo.
