Discover this beautiful recently renovated house in La Tranche-sur-Mer, an ideal haven for a stay both functional and relaxing. With an area of 53 m 2, it can accommodate up to 6 people, offering you a perfect setting for holidays with family or friends.
The house includes a bedroom with a double bed 140x200, another room equipped with a bunk bed that can accommodate 3 beds 90x190, and a cozy living room with a sofa bed 160x200, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploration.
For your comfort, you will have many facilities: Wifi, TV, dishwasher, washing machine, and much more.
Private parking is available on the property, reserved for one vehicle only. Free public parking is also available outside.
Sheets and towels are provided at an extra charge, to ensure a hassle-free arrival.
Enjoy two terraces, one sheltered from the wind, ideal for outdoor barbecues. The garden and enclosed 450 m2 offers a space of tranquility and relaxation. In the shed, you will find the cushions for the outdoor furniture, chairs, a table, a parasol, a barbecue and even games for children.
The beach and the center of la Grière are nearby, allowing you to easily enjoy the seaside pleasures and local activities.

Pretty house located in the Parc du Rocher à la Grière, 5min/300m walk from the sandy beach and shops 400m (bakeries, deli, fish, rides, greengrocers, supermarket...)
In a very quiet residential park. In the summer, the center of the Grière offers several varied activities throughout the summer (concert, markets, circus...).
La Tranche sur Mer is a family seaside resort, it has several schools and a superb body of water to learn how to windsurf, boat, surf. Tennis courts. A large skate park as well as a playground and the municipal swimming pool are the delight of young and old.
There is also a cinema.
La Tranche sur Mer has preserved itself from seaside constructions and bituminized embankments. They offer 15 km of fine sand including 9 facing south facing the Ile de Ré.
All its beaches are lined with dunes.

- Possibility to park your car in a private outdoor parking lot where there is always space 30 meters away.
- Bike rental 10 min walk. Bike paths nearby to go to the center of La Tranche as well as to make other beautiful walks.
