Cocoonr offers this charming 66 m² flat in Matignon to rent for up to 6 people.
Located on the ground floor, it comprises a pretty living room, a fully equipped kitchen, two beautiful bedrooms and a bathroom (with bath). Wifi included, we're waiting for you!
The accommodation comprises
- A living room with TV, double sofa bed and dining area
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, hob, etc.
- Bedroom 1: with a double bed (140×190)
- Bedroom 2: with king-size bed (180×200)
- Bathroom with bath
- Separate WC
For even greater comfort, the owners provide the following additional facilities: washing machine, plancha, ironing board and iron.
Outside:
- A north-east-facing terrace of around 9 m² to enjoy the fine weather.
The flat is ideally located in Matignon, in a very pleasant environment. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.
Activities :
Ideal location for walking or cycling. Just 10 minutes from the beach at Saint-Cast, close to Cap Fréhel and Fort La Latte (GR34 hiking trail, 2-hour round trip). Discover the port of Erquy, the Sable d'Or and its casino, Saint-Malo 45 minutes away, and Cancale, where you can sample oysters direct from the oyster farmers.
Transport :
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the residence's private car park (one private space).
As for other modes of transport, here is some information that may be useful to you:
- Nearest train station: Saint Malo, about 22 km away
- Nearest airport: Rennes, approx. 70 km away
