Gulf Highlands is a classic, family-oriented beach community centrally located on Panama City Beach. The beach is located just across the street. The Gulf of Mexico's crystal-clear waters and sugar sand beaches are easy to access by way of a pedestrian crosswalk. Enjoy the large, heated pool in the courtyard or relax in one of the two hot tubs. Gulf Highlands also has tennis courts, shuffleboard, a basketball court, a playground for children and a recreation center where many activities take place for guests of all ages. This townhome provides plenty of living space to accommodate up to six guests comfortably. The living area features comfortable seating with a flat screen television while an adjacent dining area seats six guests with additional seating available at the kitchen bar. The kitchen has been fully equipped with all major appliances including a coffee maker, toaster, blender and dishwasher. The master bedroom suite offers a queen size bed and private bathroom while the guest bedroom is furnished with a double size bed with trundle bed and private bathroom as well. Those staying in this condo will also enjoy an outdoor balcony off of the living area.
