Welcome to Green Acres, a rare private resort-style adobe estate set on four lush, gated acres just minutes from the Santa Fe Plaza. This is not simply a vacation home—it’s a destination for gathering, celebrating, relaxing, and reconnecting, with the privacy and space of a true Santa Fe retreat.

Meandering streams and a recirculating pond wind through the property, crossed by small bridges and surrounded by lawns and shaded seating that feel more like a luxury resort than a residence. Days unfold poolside under New Mexico skies, mornings begin with coffee in the sunshine or beneath the vigas of the pool-house patio, and evenings wind down in the steam house, by the fireplace, or under a canopy of stars.

This was a wonderful stay for our group of 11 seniors who meet once a year in different locations around the country. Green Acres was by far the most beautiful and well stocked home we have stayed in.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful location. It was nice being a bit away from the bustle of town, but still within an easy drive to downtown. The home is well stocked with everything one might need, and the grounds were lovely. The house is well situated and close to numerous hiking trails. Jim and Camelia were excellent hosts. All in all it was a great experience.

We had an incredible stay at the Green Acres Luxury Estate! This stunning property on 4 acres felt like our own private resort—serene, spacious, and beautifully maintained. The home is gorgeous, with plenty of room for our group, a fantastic gourmet kitchen, cozy living areas, and that amazing pool and pond area for relaxing. Being just 9 minutes from the Santa Fe Plaza made exploring the city so easy, yet we loved the peaceful escape when we returned each day. Everything was spotless, well-equipped, and the host was super responsive. We really enjoyed every moment and can’t wait to come back. Highly recommend—truly 5 stars!

A serene break in enchanting silence. The rental was well equipped with the necessities and then some. Waking up each day brought new scenery and activity within the rustic wooden fences all around the property. If you’d think you’d need it, it was there! The delightful chuckle of the donkey was worth every minute and new memory made.

Amazing Family Vacation

This was a great family vacation. The place was great, host was responsive, and we all had a much needed break. The kids love the animals too! The only suggestion is to have a better and more stable WiFi, because the cell signal isn’t great.

Wonderful Western Elegance

This property has it all! Comfortable but stunning house with expertly decorated Southwest ambiance. The kitchen is outstandingly equipped with cooking and eating utensis, and the appliances are top rate. A thoughtful touch are phone and watch chargers by every bed. The property includes pond, pool, play area, and farm animals and ducks. We were sad to see our vacation end.

The most wonderful week at the MOST fabulous property in Tesuque. Our family enjoyed the outdoor space for games and visiting in front of the fireplace.The home and casita were so well appointed and spacious .. our family of 13 never felt crowded. There was room for all of us to cook and dine together, as well as space to read and have quiet time alone Just a perfect vacation! We loved it!!

Exceptional property!

Green Acres is a beautiful property. The pictures do not do it justice. There are two separate houses that can accommodate 7 couples total. It is set up very well for entertaining indoors and outdoors. Very spacious. Our group enjoyed our time there. We would definitely stay here again.

The very best…ever!

Had our family reunion at Green Acres Estate, and it is simply the best ever. It is absolutely beautify inside and out, every accommodation was perfect, and the hired chef was the icing on the cake! Family Vacation

Our family stay at Green Acres was excellent. A well equipped home with everything we needed. Our younger children had a nice time with the animals and play area, while the older children spent most of time in the pool. Chef Kirsten and her team provided one of the best meals we had on our Santa Fe visit. I would highly suggest her. A very lovely place and very comfortable! We rate it one of our best VRBO experiences. Communication was top notch, also.

Wonderful Getaway!

Our family had an absolute wonderful time staying at this beautiful home in Tesuque. We had a small family gathering and this place was perfect for our reunion. Lots of indoor and outdoor space for all to enjoy. The kitchen was amazing, accommodated all 14 of us with ease! Our favorite time spent was outside enjoying the fire telling stories. Our kids never got bored and spent lots of time outside exploring, playing yard games and swimming! This home was perfect for our group! We look forward to staying here again! Camelia and Jim were exceptional hosts!

Wonderful Property for a family reunion!

Green Acres was a perfect spot for our family reunion of 12 adults. We are seven siblings and spouses, and we all love to cook... the kitchen was really a dream set up for us, preparing food and hanging out! The grill was in great shape, and we had a blast using the pizza oven. The main house and outdoor areas were great for lounging together, or in separate groups, in a truly beautiful, secluded setting. And, getting into downtown Santa Fe was easy, only about 10 minutes drive. The hosts responded almost immediately to our questions, and took care of the few minor problems we encountered. Overall, our entire group would gladly return, and recommend this perfect spot as a relaxing getaway

Phenomenal property. No expense spared with this incredible estate. The architecture is out of this world with beams everywhere, covered porches, a guest house in addition to the Mansion. The place was cleaner than an operating room. We had one question while there. My son texted and couldn’t put his phone down before the owner had answered. There is a Llama on the property named Einstein. I stood ten feet away from the fence and would talk to him and he would just come running to hear his name. The time went too fast. I hope we can make it back. J sparks

Amazing Property!

I have stayed at many VRBOs. Green Acres is the best of all of them! We are a family of ten adults and two little boys, ages two and four months. The homes were perfect for our family!! My sister's family stayed in the main house, and my family stayed in the casita. Everyone, including the little boys, had their own room! The inside of the house is welcoming and beautifully decorated. We were there to celebrate Christmas and appreciated the Christmas tree and all of the other holiday decorations! We did not want for anything! They even had a high chair and booster seat for my grandson to use! Camelia and Jim always responded to my inquiries promptly. We had the pleasure to meet David, the property manager, on two occasions. He was also quick to respond to our questions and offer sightseeing advice! Kind of miss being there, and highly recommend!!

Wow!

Green Acres is a gorgeous property, furnished with taste and class. This is an upscale property, designed and decorated to cater to the needs of the body and the soul. The artwork around the house will engage you throughout your stay. The large dining room and having the variety of high-quality common seating areas were perfect for our large group. The large gourmet kitchen was equipped with high-end appliances, a large pantry, and everything we needed. Beautiful large windows opened up to a gorgeous furnished patio with a fireplace, the pool, and the well-maintained grounds outside. There were animals kept on the ground. Watching them every day as we entered or exited the gate to the property was a delight.Our group consisted of 13 people. Five of us stayed at the Casita on the other side of the pool. That was a charming building with a kitchenette and nice sitting and dining area, opening to a porch. In that building we had some problems with the temperature in one of the bedrooms and the water in one of the bathrooms. The property manager immediately responded to my phone call and tried to address the problem. He and the hosts were very responsive and helpful. We loved our stay at Green Acres!

Family Vacation in the Mountains

Not sure where to begin. Jim and Camellia's home and property are amazing. Upon driving onto the property I knew we were in for a perfect vacation. The barn with the animals, playground, grassy area, pool, Casita, fire pit/fire place, sweat lodge, hot tub, ping pong table - we even had a ping pong tournament and also enjoyed a chef that came in and prepared a 4 course meal that was out of this world. There were 14 of us and we had plenty of room to spread out. Had a few small issues but they were addressed immediately by David the property manager who was very nice and helpful. Downtown Santa Fe was a short drive and several other attractions were close by as well. But we really never wanted to leave the property. We even had Instacart do our shopping and deliver our groceries. This was by far the very best VRBO we have rented to date. If I could give this 100 stars I would. The only suggestion I have is to have a guest book to sign. Jim and Camellia thank you for sharing your special home with us.
