We are also ready to host short term, mid-term, and long term rental guests. Digital nomads, nurses and healthcare professionals welcome!
Located close to everything cool, you are in walking distance to the hip local restaurants and bars in Germantown and Schnitzelburg neighborhoods. Our home is completely remodeled with all the modern conveniences and a comfortable, casual touch. You’ll feel at ease as soon as you walk in! But with so much to see and do in Louisville you’ll load up your itinerary with unforgettable experiences.
**Please Note- We ask all guests to upload ID, e-sign our rental agreement and hold a security deposit of $300 at time of booking. Be sure to read our House Rules to make sure our listing suits your needs. Must be 21yrs old or older to book.
The space-
Renovated shotgun style home with all the amenities and comforts you’re accustomed to! You’ll never want to leave! The living room area has lots of natural light and 12 foot ceilings for open and relaxed feel. Stand up video game machine with 60 vintage games like Pacman, Galaga, Donkey Kong, etc. Don't forget to bring your quarters! Pub table seats 4 and has games like chess & checkers for downtime fun. Custom shades throughout the home. The bedroom has a queen sized mattress with premium bedding for a restful slumber. Full bathroom with luxurious towels and aromatherapy will help get you ready for the day! Kitchen is fully stocked and equipped with microwave, gas range/oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, and most important- the 12 cup coffee pot!!!
We have 2 smart TVs with high speed internet (we cut the cord on cable). This means you can watch commercial free TV if you have accounts like Netflix, Hulu, Sling, etc. We also have local channels through antenna TV.
Washer/Dryer included.
Guest access-
Use the lockbox on the back door to gain access to the key. The key works both the front and back doors.
Private parking pad in the back. Free on street parking in the front.
No Pets, No Parties/Events please.
Other things to note-
Video game with 60 different games uses quarters to play so please bring a roll or 2 if you love gaming.
This home has exterior cameras for property surveillance.

Cute House, Great Location

This is the 3rd time we have stayed here. The house is clean, cute and comfortable. This area is growing and there are new spots every time we visit. The Bean, Hauck's and Three Pegs are old standbys but North of Bourbon, The Breeze, and Nook and Nowhere were awesome. Highly recommend :)

Perfect for a short stay in Louisville!

The house was easy to find and access, and it was very clean. The kitchen had everything we needed and the living room had a very high ceiling which made it seem super-spacious. The washer and dryer were very convenient. Would recommend to anyone visiting the area!

Louisville visit

We were in Louisville to visit family. This location was within close proximity to family and provided many options on Goss to enjoy a meal and visit a grocery store. While the weather was typical Louisville summer 'hot' the home was cool. The pictures and descriptions were exactly as described and decorated with a Louisville vibe. It was nice to have off street parking, but there was street parking available if needed. We would definitely stay here again.

We were in town for our daughter’s volleyball tournament, the place is very nice and clean and about 10 mins drive to downtown and 10 mins to the KY exposition center. I would definitely recommend this place if you in town and need a place to stay.

My husband and I have lived in this neighborhood since 1997. I was born in Louisville and my husband grew up in California. I am a retired nurse now realtor and my husband is a general contractor and has been doing home renovations since 2007.
We both graduated from the University of Louisville. We started our home sharing adventure in May of 2017 and have absolutely loved meeting people from all over North America. We would love to host people from other countries too. Everyone we have met has been so considerate and come visit for a variety of reasons from KY Derby to sporting events to just wanting to meet up with old friends. Let us know why you are coming to visit and we will try to accommodate and enhance your stay.

Our house is in the most desirable neighborhood in Louisville. It is close to everything cool and still has that old school neighborhood feel! It is the pulse of the city. All of the best local restaurants and bars within walking distance. We are close to Bardstown Rd shopping, restaurants & bars, Downtown, Ky Expo Center, University of Louisville and Churchill Downs, and live entertainment at the Paristown Hall.

Did I mention the standup vintage video game machine with PacMan, Mrs PacMan, Donkey Kong, Galaga, (60 games)etc! Bring your quarters and beat my husband's high score!!!
Also great for active seniors looking for single level accommodations.
