BALCONY ACCESS IS OPENED- Guests have full access to the Balcony area.

No Resort Fees! Come experience the luxurious Palms Place! This is an independently-owned and privately managed 615 sqft luxury studio suite with a private balcony with a view of the Las Vegas strip. Come stay at your own Private Luxury Apartment-Style Residence, while visiting Las Vegas. You also have full access to the fitness center and pool.

Our luxury 615 sq. ft studio condo is located on the 16th floor, with a balcony and an exellent view of the Las Vegas Strip.

The Condo contains an open floor plan with a King Size bed and a Queen Size pull out sleeper couch that can comfortably accomodate up to 4 guests.

The fully-tiled marble bathroom has a giant walk-in shower in addition to a jett-tub jacuzzi bath.

For cooking and dining the condo contains a fully-functional kitchenette (equipped with all necessary cookware, dishes and silverware), and Stainless Steel appliances- microwave oven, dishwasher and fridge-freezer with a built-in ice maker.

The condo has a very generous open space that contains a luxury bedroom area with an adjacent living room area which also has two 42" Flat Screen TVs and free WiFi.

Be sure to visit the Ghostbar at Palms Casino- (Rooftop Bar / Lounge)- Come enjoy a drink and one of the best views of the Las Vegas Strip!**

The Condo is less than 2 miles from Las Vegas Blvd, and about 2 miles from Allegiant Stadium. Its very easy to navigate around town due to the location and easy accessible to the freeway and its very easy to commute to Fremont Street Downtown Experience/ Red Rock / or to visit China town (Vegas) for some awesome restauarants away from the Strip.

The room was great. The view was amazing. The only complaint I had was the air conditioner was extremely loud. Joe was very responsive to the issue, and we were able to enjoy our stay, despite the issue. Joe was amazing throughout the entire process. I have saved this listing as it was perfect

Communication with owner was really good. He always addressed our problems. The only bad thing about the place, Is that had advertised restaurant and bars in the place and the pool which none of them were opened like we wanted. Otherwise the place was very very nice. Just needs to be listed more accurate in the future

The property manager is a very nice guy and great with communication. Unfortunately, the pool was not operating or the restaurant.Also the freezer was not working or the remote on the television. Would’ve been very nice to have some waters in the room as well. Had to spend 27 on three waters in the main lobby.With that said, if you were to go there, knowing that you need to go to the grocery store beforehand for waters and if it was longer than a night, it would’ve been a much better experience. Overall four out of five stars.

Great stay!

Property was clean, check in process was easy, and communication with the owner was great. We loved the balcony and view however there wasn’t any balcony furniture to really enjoy it.

Wonderful place close to strip

This studio VRBO is very large and has the necessary amenities. It is located very close to the strip. The free parking is easy to access.

I enjoyed my stay at joe condo. The location is close to everything so its very convenient... Staff & security is very nice & also its alot to do inside the resort.. This condo exceeded all my expectations & for my first time in vegas i wasnt disappointed at all. I will be booking again soon

Unbelievable view

The balcony and view are to die for! We got a 3 day bus pass and could easily hop on and off right by the hotel and straight to/from the strip. The strip isn’t our thing so it was nice to be in a more peaceful area

Great location off-strip

Joe was very communicative ahead of our stay, providing updates throughout the hotel's reservation process. Palms Place is in a great location being a short drive away from both the strip and the great food in Chinatown, and the room was comfortable for my partner and I. Plenty of fridge space in the room for leftovers + groceries.
