Welcome to our newest arrival at Stucki Farms Resort. The Desert Oasis Villa, featured in the 2022 Parade of Homes, boasts over 6,200 sq ft, 8 bedrooms, 10 bathrooms, and amazing amenities! Designed for large groups, it features a grand kitchen with seating for 20+, 20-foot accordion doors opening to stunning Southern Utah views, and a backyard with a pool, hot tub, BBQ, fire pit, and patio. The villa is 150 feet from the resort pool, lazy river, and farmhouse welcome center. Sleeps 21 in beds; max occupancy 40.

An attached casita with a separate entrance sleeps 4 (king bed and pullout sofa) and is rented separately.

Ginormous house!

Great property for hosting friends and family. Everything was top-notch, and the manager was very responsive to any questions. The only downside is when you have to leave.

4generation family reunion

This was a wonderful house for our large family to gather for a reunion. The home accommodated us perfectly. It was beautifully decorated and the kitchen was well supplied. The backyard was wonderful.

Wonderful Stay

We had a great stay at this wonderful house! It was very clean and incredibly well stocked. We appreciated the toiletries in the bathrooms, as well as how organized it was. Thanks for a fantastic weekend! Just a FYI, should you need need any catering or personal Chef services, we worked with Kelso's and they were amazing!

Huge and lovely.

This place is great. We actually stayed at the property right next door a year ago through the same company and we will likely stay down here again as the property is great for what we needed. We love the game room up top and everyone having their own comfortable room. The kitchen is great with the two big fridges and all that counter space and the main living area was also super comfortable for us. The place really is great and we'll be staying again.

Family vacation

The place was wonderful! Will definitely stay their again loved the pool, game room and theater room. Would of like another bunk room but we made it work. The house could use some large bowls. We also found a black widow in my granddaughters shoe. Maybe need to spray. Overall was a great experience!

Beautiful home in a beautiful area.

It was a beautiful home. The area was a wonderful area. We enjoyed our stay. Our only complaint was that the kitchen was poorly stocked. It had tons on dishes cups and silverware. However there was no dishrags or dish towels. You couldn’t even wipe the counters Even Clorox wipes would have helped. The hot tub would not stay heated. The grill outside was dirty and had not been cleaned. However we would stay again but would bring these items with us. The host responded about the hot tub and we worked that out.

Family Reunion Gathering

This house was perfect for large families of all ages. The set up was amazing. Loved that there was an en-suite for all bedrooms plus two extra half baths. Plenty of seating for meals and gathering area. So much to do for all ages. Game room, theater room, backyard, etc. The pool was a hit! We also had access to clubhouse with pools/lazy River next door and tried out the 18 hole putt-putt course. Location was close enough to everything needed and very quiet/private at the same time. Any issue we had was taken care of quickly by texting/email. Fire pit was awesome and ping pong table was used non-stop. Would totally rent again!!

What an amazing house! Our large group loved our stay for a family reunion. The kids were all in the pool within minutes of arriving, and the pool was really fun with a slide and a jumping platform. Everyone also enjoyed the lazy river around the corner at the clubhouse. It was amazing that every family had a room with an attached bathroom. The kids loved the gaming setup in the loft, and everyone old & young loved the shuffleboard table. It was nice to put the youngest kids that needed a break from swimming and some time to unwind in the little theater room off the great room. Everything was very clean and pretty. We loved the house so much and I hope to convince my side of the family to rent the house for our next reunion!

Beautiful home, frustrations with pool and cleanliness.

The home is absolutely beautiful, and well-stocked. We arrived with 18 people, including 8 young children ready to swim. The pool was full of bugs, and the hot tub was cold. Swimming was the #1 priority for our group. We cleaned the pool ourselves, and it took multiple phone calls and 2 days to get the hot tub working. We had hoped these issues would be checked/addressed prior to check-in. So frustrating! After two days of swimming the pool got cloudy, then down-right murky on day 4. With a home that can sleep 28, it seems pool maintenance should be daily. The pool was our only frustration, but it was a big one considering the needs of our group. Also the home is need of a deep clean. Spent time cleaning grills, blender, dead bugs outside. Felt as we cleaned up for ourselves we spent time cleaning up after prior guests.

Best Vacation House EVER

Myself, my three adult daughters and their families (14 of us) just stayed for a week. The house was MUCH BETTER than the pictures. Importantly, there is a a fence around the pool, which was great. The latch to get in is high so the 4 and 5 year old were unable to reach it. The house has "pods" - one daughter and her family of four stayed in a set of rooms off the theatre room, which is off the main living room. Another daughter had the pod, or set of rooms, upstairs. Both pods were separated by the theatre room and game room upstairs by a hallway - so away from the community areas. Similarly, the master is also away from the community rooms. It made it very private and quiet. The other 2 rooms are directly off the main living areas (living room on main level and game room upstairs). I couldn't have asked for a better house for us! There were 7 adults and kids -20, 16, 12, 8, 5, 4 and 11 months. There was plenty for all of us to do right at the house. The outdoor living area is incredible and HUGE. We were in the game room several evenings, but otherwise, we were outside a lot. Access to the community pool, with lazy river and hot tub was great, but our own patio and pool was so perfect, we only went to the community pool once. The house is absolutely PERFECT. I cannot recommend this house highly enough especially for me and the three families that went. Location is also great. Close enough to everything but in a very residential and beautiful area.
