The property was exactly as described and very clean! Accommodations were very comfortable for our group of 7 adults and 2 toddlers. We loved the location proximity to downtown in a quiet neighborhood. The bodega Vannie’s Table was 1.5 blocks away where we enjoyed coffee and breakfast each morning as well as draft beers and snacks in the evenings!

This was a good place to stay and location. The place was clean and had what we needed. Garage door wouldn't open from outside, but they responded quickly to messages and would find out why. Thank you for the place!

Property was newer and nice to have the place all to ourselves. Blackout curtains were too small for every window in the bedrooms, so it was very bright VERY early in the morning. Someone was mowing the lawn before 8 am nearby also. Pretty quiet otherwise. Also, the security code number was very long so was sometimes difficult to get the door open. Loved having a private garage but there was no clicker and they wouldn't give the garage code. So every time we came back to the unit, we had to drop someone off at the front door and pull around to be let into the garage. Located in downtown Nashville, so sometimes the neighborhood didn't feel very safe. One morning, there were 3-4 men smoking cigarettes outside the front door with their boiled peanut food truck parked out front for the rest of the day. Beds were comfortable and there were plenty of towels provided. The kitchen was mostly fully stocked but they could use a microwavable measuring cup. Nice townhome overall but maybe add some boardgames or newer local information books or magazines.
