We had a wonderful stay at Kim’s property. Everything was just as described and the house is convenient to shopping & restaurants . She had all the basic necessities stocked and even thoughtfully provided chargers and other important items you sometimes forget to pack when traveling that were available to use. Her communication was outstanding. I would definitely stay again if back in Nashville!

This was the perfect house for us. Everyone had their own space but also cozy places for us to be together. The deck and the bario were fun to hang out on. Grocery store was nearby and the drive into downtown Nashville was not bad at all. We had the best time!!!

This home was the perfect property for a three generation girl’s trip. The downstairs suite was perfect for the matriarch who struggles with stairs, while the remaining three of us had our own spacious rooms upstairs. The beds were so comfortable! The entire house was a joy, from exploring the decor to relaxing in the barzeebo. In fact, Matriarch fantasized about buying the property and never leaving!

We just left the house and we cannot wait to come back. Everything was amazing, anything we needed was right there. Kim was great with any questions we had. Our group got together from across the US to celebrate my 60th birthday and it was the best birthday ever. If you are looking for an amazing property for you and a few friends this is the place. Conveniently located, only about 15 minutes from the airport, 15 minutes to Broadway. There is a grocery and liquor store walking distance from the house. The neighborhood is peaceful and beautiful. Don’t get me started on the barzeebo….. spent all of our time out there. We will definitely be back!
