Enjoy the life of serenity in this 4 Bedroom 3 Bath recently updated home. Take in the Balboa Lake views (not a lake front property) and Quachita Mountains in the distance from the entirety of the back of this home. Enjoy breakfast or dinner on the covered deck or sit in an adirondack chair and soak up the sun from the uncovered portion of the deck. Spacious yet cozy for a couple or bring your group of 8.

Enjoy ample space with 2 large living areas. Upstairs enjoy the fully stocked kitchen, dining room, master bedroom suite, queen bedroom, 2nd full bath and laundry room. Downstairs are an additional living area with a sleeper sofa, desk looking out over the lake, 2 queen bedrooms and a full bath. Peer through the windows from almost any room in the house to enjoy views of lake Balboa and the Quachita Mountains in the distance. This home is set-up to provide a peaceful retreat for any size group.

Nice property. Enough room for our group of 8. Supplies seemed a little light. We were pleased with the home overall. I would recommend it to anyone.

Michael had indicated we were missing coffee pods. We provide coffee for a 12 cup drip coffeemaker and there was ample coffee.

Perfect spot for our 4 man golf trip. House was super clean, had everything needed including coffee and minor cooking supplies like salt, pepper, olive oil and aluminum foil. Great location within 10 minutes of Isabella and Granada golf courses and close to a Dollar General market for anything else needed.Comfortable beds, easy in/out garage code and two excellent living areas to watch sports/movies and wind down in the evening. Beautiful patio with outdoor dining area and views of the lake through the trees.Would book here again for my next trip to HSV

The house was very spacious. Plenty of room for my family of 5 to have their own space. The host was very quick to respond and very helpful. The views of the lake were beautiful. Golf trip

This was a great place to stay for a golf weekend. Plenty of space; great beds; full kitchen; large outdoor patio with large grill. We could not have picked a better place to stay. Centrally located to four golf courses. Owner was very responsive to all of our pre arrival questions.

Parent trip to Hot Springs

We had an adult family trip to hot springs - everyone enjoyed the property, which was tidy, had a good view and in a neighborhood with many amenities. We all felt that we would return to the same property.

Location, location!

Love our stay in Hot Springs Village. The amenities in the community were just what we needed to unwind. Plus… the Downtown area was a beautiful drive away. The house accommodated the whole family, everyone had their own space. Will definitely book again. Thanks Mike for allowing us to stay here!!

Great 4th of July

Great property. Sizeable and very good condition. Quiet neighborhood with good view over the lake. We spent the holiday weekend with family and my parent's nearby house. Short drive to the beach and other village restaurants and golf courses. Would definitely stay again.

Beautiful stay

Such a beautiful home in a beautiful setting! We enjoyed our stay in this very well kept clean home. Eight of us had plenty of room to relax. We especially enjoyed watching the fireflies and deer walking right through the yard from the spacious deck!We enjoyed the quiet neighborhood with walking trails and golf around every corner! The host is absolutely exceptional and e we hope to stay again soon!

Annual Family Trip

I didn’t want to leave the property was so elegant and beautiful, Mike the owner answered all my questions, and we all had a wonderful time. At night was so peaceful on the deck and our next trip to Hot Springs this is our spot. You won't be disappointed 10 star!!!

What a view!

We enjoyed our stay. The house was large and comfortable and was equipped with everything we needed for the time we were there. We liked the covered and uncovered decks coupled with the beautiful views. Working with Mike was great, he provided timely and thorough information as needed without issue.

Family Visit

The property was exactly what we wanted! The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed, the beds were comfortable with plenty of pillows, and the rest of the house was exactly as advertised. We were there to visit family members who live in the village. We enjoyed an estate sale and a local play as well!

The property manager was extremely helpful. Whenever we had a question the response was thorough & timely. The property itself was exactly as pictured online. It was spacious & beautiful. The home felt very comfortable & homey. Great kitchen & patio area. It was one of the nicest homes we've stayed in in the village. The peace & quiet is unmatched. Very peaceful.
