Beautiful sunset views and bird watching, great location for exploring the area, and amazing hosts. We had a small issue while there, but the hosts took care of it immediately. The fire pit and game room had everyone off their phones and engaged in actual fun and conversation for hours! Check in was easy and they didn’t ask us to do a million things when leaving, which is appreciated compared to some hosts. It makes the last day of vacation much less stressful!

The house was WELL stocked. The kids had so much fun. There was plenty to do when we got rained in. I loved the dining table, we all fit around it. Would one hundred percent stay at any place they have to offer. They went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable!!!

3 generation trip to Hot Springs

The hosts were very responsive and friendly. The deck had a beautiful sunset view over the river valley below, and the kids ages 7 to 12 had a great time in the game room and kid friendly yard. The dining room and table easily accommodated our group of 4 adults and 5 kids. The bunk room and other bedrooms were perfect for us.

Things not right

Couldnt get to billard balls. Refrigerator in billard room leaks water from freezer and drops on food below and then freezes. Toliet paper holder in master bathroom was already broken when we got there. Only one towel each was not right. Crisper drawer in refrigerator is broken before we got there. The water dispenser paddle on outside od refrigerator sometime hangs up open and water goes on the floor. Commode seats are too small for large butt adults. Several light switches were broken. Was stuff left behind from previous guests and we just left it. No non stick skillets.

Weekend getaway

The house itself is wonderful the views are gorgeous. All of us enjoyed our stay. This house was plenty of room for us all. The bedroom I stayed in was upstairs. The mattress was comfortable. The sheets however were dirty. They had not been changed from the last guest. I should have taken a picture of the dirty sheets but I didn’t. That was very disappointing. The coffee maker in the kitchen had old coffee in it that had been there long enough to have fuzzy mold. There was coffee still in the bottom of the coffee maker that I had to clean before I used it. Like I said there were a few disappointing moments but my stay was nice. I pay 225 for someone to come in and clean after I leave and so does everyone else so there is no excuse for dirty sheets and a dirty coffee pot. Maybe the cleaning service you hire to clean needs to do a better job. I’m sure the property owner wouldn’t have approved the dirty sheets and dirty molded coffee pot. I would recommend this property to others but I would say check the beds before you get in. And be sure the coffee pot is clean. I cleaned the coffee pot before I left. I did not wash the sheets on my bed though. I paid 225 for someone to do that. Thank you Holly Trayler

Great place lots of space

Very nice property and excellent service/interaction with host. Plenty of room for large family and close to all Hot Springs attractions. Would happily rent again.
