This is a beautiful modern 3 story home located in the heart of Houston.

The location here is PERFECT for any type of stay!

It is a few minutes walking distance from the best night life in Houston on Washington Ave. You’re also minutes away from the famous Memorial Park as well as the Buffalo Bayou.

The Galleria is only a 10 minute drive as well as Downtown, Midtown, and Montrose, Museum District, Medical Center and the stadiums/arenas!

This is a three story home with a living space on the first floor that has a dry bar and opens up to a fenced street side patio and yard. This is the perfect space for entertaining.

The second floor has a beautiful open concept dining area, kitchen, living room, and half bathroom. There is also a double suite with a huge walk-in closet and private bathroom.

The third floor hosts a library, game room, laundry room, and two additional bedrooms along with jack and jill bathrooms.

Spacious and Beautiful!

The townhome exceeded our expectations! It was very spacious, clean and had all the right extra touches. Communication with the owner was always easy and prompt. My daughter, who was celebrating her 21st birthday, and friends loved it. We will definitely book again if we need a place to stay in Houston.
