This was a great place for a group of guys that wanted to stay off the strip. The pool table and poker table were a great way to kill some time and place friendly wagers. Would love to come back in the summer and enjoy the beautiful pool and backyard.

Birthday Celebration

Amazing house! Everything looked exactly like the pictures, but so much better in person! We were here to celebrate my daughter's birthday & this house had everything we needed. Plenty of space for my group and perfect location. We can't wait to come back!

Great place to stay

The house was awesome! It’s set up for you to really enjoy your stay! The backyard is big and amazing to just relax all day and enjoy the pool & bbq. The house is set up well with nice decor. Only negative I could say is it could definitely use some extra cleaning and a little maintenance.

Family Reunion

All my siblings and I were in awe when we walked in to this beautiful home. We enjoyed our time together it had to worry about driving to the strip and mess with the traffic. Everyone enjoyed their room. We had a little issue with the code on our first day but no big deal because Ashley took care of that at in no time. Thank you Ashley for letting us create unforgettable memories with family. I would definitely book again.

Loved the house and everything about it. The house needs to be deep cleaned, floors were not mopped, only swept. Bathroom mirrors still had splatters on them from the previous guests. When checking in at 4pm, the cleaning people were still there...

Upon arriving, the house did not seem to quite match the photo, but was okay. The location was good for our trip planned and had all the parking we needed. It was pleasantly quiet for just being off the freeway and airport near. After entering the home, I did a walk through and everything seemed to be clean and well laid out for our purpose. One of the bedrooms did have an older mattress. The mattresses were stained with no protective covers. The stove was broken. The microwave is melted. The dishwasher was questionable and some of the dishes were needing a good sanitizing. The dryer does not work well and needs maintenance. The main bathroom tub does not drain. The pool was clean, but lots and lots of ants. The landscaper arrived without notice and proceeded to work while we were trying to enjoy the pool and had to retreat to the indoors. The property has a policy for pool time, which seem quite ridiculous…especially for its location. The bbq had no propane and there were no briquettes to use the two grills. The two small grills were dirty and very unstable. I felt for the money paid we did not get what was expected. I tried to contact the host several times with no response. Would I recommend this property…yes, IF the above issues are addressed. But, definitely NOT at this present moment.

Great amenities

The location was great for us, many restaurants and stores very close, out of the busyness of Vegas. Big and spacious rooms. Some minor issues: The air conditioner was on a timer and kept flipping back to 80 no matter what we tried so it stayed pretty hot. The pool was not clean. There were lots of ants around the poker table. Multiple messages to the owner went unanswered. We never got any response at all regarding these issues.

Beautifull house!

We loved the house. The 6 of us were all very comfortable. The house was very clean, the garden a bit less, we could see that there must have been a big group before us, trash in pool and containers outside were overloaded But all this was quickly solved after contact with the owner. The dishwasher was also not correctly working, but i guess this will be solved too. Two times we had no water, but this seemed to be out of control of the owner. Beside these hiccups we enjoyed our stay in this beautifull house in a great location!

Very disappointed

The house is nice and roomy with a lot of entertainment options and in a pretty great location but we had several issues while we were there. A group of 7 of us were in town for a convention. One of the king size mattresses completely caved in on one side when you lay on it, the water from the refrigerator has white flecks floating in it, the hot water for the side of the house with all the bedrooms minus one only produces enough hot water for 1 quick shower every 2 hours, the dishwasher is super scaly and moldy. I sent a message and left a voicemail for the contact person provided on the online listing on the second evening and never heard back from anyone through a 5 day stay

Great location terrible communication

When we arrived to the house we couldn't get in. We tried to call the property manager and was quickly sent to voicemail. She responded only through txt but we did end up finally getting in. Rooms were really nice, outdoors very nice. The 2nd night the bathrooms started to have a sewage smell. We had a total of 10 adults staying but there was not enough toilet paper and we couldn't find anymore. Some of the beds didn't have pillow cases. The house is located close to restaurants and a grocery store but the house is off of a dirt road in a bit of an interesting area. We txd the property manager and asked if we could stay until 3pm as check out was at 11am but the property manager never responded to us. Overall rating of 3 based on the issues we had.
