Come on down to Winnie's Place, situated in a country atmosphere where you can enjoy your morning coffee in the courtyard or at the large island in this spacious kitchen. The home has been furnished with relaxation in mind. You and your family and/or friends can all hang around in the living area to enjoy a game or catch a little tv and have the electric fireplace going. You are only 10 minutes from downtown Fredericksburg so you can go and take in the activities it has to offer, dining, live music, wineries and lets not forget our local breweries. Now this is the way to relax. No cable. There is Wi-Fi for streaming and a smart TV!

Dogs weighing less than 60 lbs. are welcome. Please keep dogs off the furniture and beds. If you leave the dog at the property it must be kept in a kennel. No fenced yard. (leash is required)! Breezy Hills Dr. is good for walking your dog. $35.00 Extra per day per dog.

• Kitchen is well equipped with all your cooking and entertainment needs. Dishes, silverware, pots, pans, coffee maker, blender, microwave and large appliances. Note that food products such as spices or seasoning are not provided for safety reasons.

• Property is supplied with one set of sheets for all beds. Bath towels are supplied per number of people the house sleeps. .

• A start up supply of toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags and dish soap will be provided. We also supply a starter set of shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, lotion, and bath soap. After that, the guest is responsible for any additional needs.

• Suggested items to bring are extra paper goods (toilet paper, facial tissue and paper towels), extra pillows if you wish to sleep with more than one, spices/seasoning, extra trash bags, sun tan lotion/sun block and mosquito repellant.

Self catering: All of our properties are self-catering. No maid or towel service is provided during your stay.

We are proud to offer contactless check-in and check-out. Fredericksburg Escapes will contact you on the day of your arrival, typically in the afternoon once your property is ready, to provide an access code to the property. Please keep in mind that we cannot provide the access code until the property is clean and ready.
