This was the perfect quiet getaway. Our dogs loved the fenced-in yard, and the jacuzzi tub was perfect after a day of hiking nearby at Enchanted Rock.

We had a wonderful, relaxing time. Very nice facility. Very quiet. Close drive to see the bats at Old Tunnel State Park and to Fredericksburg.

Spectacular!

Fantastic getaway. Just what we needed. Perfectly located just outside of Fredericksburg. We enjoyed the cottage and it was nicely equipped inside and included a small fenced yard for our dogs. Bill was a pleasure to work with. We will return!

More than nice and very clean

I would like to give this property 10 stars. Very nice cabin with a homey feeling and very private. Would rent this place everytime we go to Fredricsburg. Thank you for a nice stay.

Great little place

This was a great little place to stay for the Total Solar Eclipse. Nice and secluded and quiet. The birds were fun, and entertaining.

A perfect getaway!

This was one of my favorite stays in Fredericksburg And I cannot wait to go back! The cabin was clean, roomy, peaceful. I loved the outside living space the best! I could watch the sunsets and sit by the fire at peace with myself! The kitchen was standard size and the bedroom Nd jacuzzi were comfortable

Relaxing and Quiet

The property a short drive from Main Street but secluded enouf to have a very qiet and relaxing time. The host peovided detailed instructions and we felt very welcomed. The property was clean and safe. It trully had a country feeling with cows, and turkeys not far away. We even saw a couple deer. We needed to checkout late due to inclement weather and the host was very acommodating. We will definetly go back.

Peaceful

This place is wonderful. Very peaceful and relaxing. Just far enough out to be rustic but close enough to shops and restaurants. The hosts are very accommodating.

The country cottage

We just needed to get away for a couole days to unplug, relax, and enjoy some quiet. Our stay was perfect. We had privacy, quiet and a relaxed visit! Cottage was roomy and our dog loved the yard...especially the little deck.

Wonderful property, great host.

I've stayed here 3 times now and wish I could buy the place. The cabin is a wonderful getaway, so well-maintained and cozy. I think of it as a home away from home. Bill is an excellent host and an all-around top-notch guy. I think this property is the nicest rental I've ever stayed at!

We have stayed at this cabin before. Is so quiet. Clean and comfortable. We will definitely stay here again. The deer are a plus. My husband enjoys watching them come to feeder. We went to the hilltop cafe right down the road for Sunday brunch hour. So nice

Fredericksburg Family and Fun

We enjoyed the place and the views a lot! The location is quiet and secluded and perfect for a couple and small child. We had a orange and black striped cat visitor who befriended us and our dogs. And we loved coming home to the white dogs who greeted us. We will be coming back this year for sure!

Great escape from city life

It was a great experience staying here to get away from the city. We loved bringing our 3 big dogs for them to run around in the country side as well as have a fenced in area that was spacious for them. Its close to the city and the spacious place accommodated me and my boyfriend. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone, single or family, pets or no pets. Its a great stay!
