Designed to accommodate up to four people, the apartment features an east-facing balcony with a pleasant view of the garden.
The living room includes a two-seater sofa bed and a television for relaxing moments.
The kitchen, renovated in 2018, is fully functional and equipped with four butane gas burners, a microwave, and a refrigerator.
The bedroom offers a double bed and storage space, and the shower room with WC and washing machine completes the property.

For added peace of mind, secure parking is also available.
