Cocoonr offers you this charming 100 m² house to rent in Deauville, less than a kilometre from the beach, which can accommodate up to 8 people.
It comprises a lovely 40 m² living room with fitted kitchen, four beautiful bedrooms and two bathrooms (with bath). Wifi, bed linen and towels included - we're waiting for you!
The accommodation is as follows:
Ground floor:
- A 40 m² living room with TV, sofas and dining area
- An open-plan kitchen, equipped with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- Laundry room with washing machine, tumble dryer and WC
First floor:
- Bedroom 1: with a double bed (140×190)
- Bedroom 2: with queen-size bed (160×200)
- Bathroom with bath and WC
Second floor:
- Bedrooms 3 and 4: with a double bed (140×190)
- Bathroom with bath and WC
For even greater comfort, the owners provide the following additional facilities: barbecue, cot, plancha, ironing board and iron.
Outside:
- A 35 m² terrace facing south-east
The house is ideally located in Deauville, in very pleasant surroundings. You will be close to all the essential shops as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.
Activities :
- Deauville Beach: Large sandy beach ideal for strolling, relaxing, swimming or hiring a parasol/beach chair on Les Planches (the iconic promenade)
- Port-Deauville: Stroll around the port: see the boats, waterside cafés, possibility of a sea walk or boat trip
- Ancien phare / Belvédère de la Presqu'île: Panoramic view of Deauville and Trouville from the heights (access on foot or short walk)
Transport :
If you choose to come by car, free parking is available close to the house.
As for other modes of transport, here is some information that may be useful to you:
- Nearest train station: Deauville, about 1 km away
- Nearest airport: Caen, approx. 70 km away
