This 52 m² villa, designed to accommodate up to 4 people, is the ideal address for an escape by the sea and lake. Between relaxation, nature and the sweetness of life in the South, here you put down your luggage... and enjoy.

Located Route du Lac, 11200 Homps, the villa enjoys a privileged location. Lake Jouarres is accessible within a few minutes on foot, perfect for swimming, walks or moments of idleness. Nearby shops and the marina are close by, as are several restaurants and terraces that enliven the village. A pleasant, convenient and refreshing setting at the same time.
