Luxury Treehouse Eagles Nest

A little bit of nature and a little bit of comfort. This Luxury 650 square foot tree house is fully furnished with a queen bed on the main level and queen bed upstairs in the loft. The main level features the master bedroom with a 32 inch HDTV, washer and dryer, and full bathroom. The kitchen has a stove, oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, pots and pans, as well as anything else you need to prepare a full meal. On the second level you can enjoy a 200 square foot net to relax on like a hammock. The exterior of the treehouse has a 6 foot wrap around deck to enjoy everything nature has to offer.

It was just like the listing. The only thing is I had to do yard work. The deck was covered in dry leaves and around the fire pit. I had to ask my mother to bring me a rack to clear out all the dry leaves in the fire pit area

Nice place

Nothing fancy just cute and simple. Worked for our stay for a fishing tournament. We stayed in eagles nest and it had a full kitchen and washer and dryer.

Our little family loved the Treesort. We weren't there much because we were on the lake the whole time. But loved the atmosphere and kids enjoyed it. Would stay here again. Only issue was the main TV wouldn't get satellite signal.

Loved it

Great location, unique property. The host was very helpful and extremely quick to respond. Just a short drive to North Augusta and Augusta. Would definitely recommend!

Great place, quite, clean, just what I was looking for.

Very cool place for our weekend away. Kids loved the outdoor recreation area with all the games and the indoor hammock/net thing even more. Not too far from Augusta and pretty close to the lake. Would definitely recommend to family or friends visiting the area.

We enjoyed our stay in the tree house, it was exactly as described. Our neighbors in the other tree houses were super cool and nice. Nice scenic drive to Augusta! Would recommend.

Great Weekend

Quaint cabin, very clean, quiet and secluded. The back porch looked out into trees. There are 3 other cabins within close proximity. There is a community area with games and a fire pit. The only thing I think that could be improved upon would be some hot pads and a baking sheet or broiler pan for the oven. We loved our stay and plan on visiting here again!

A let down: Not family friendly and not as advertised

For starters poor communication. Secondly not for a family. There is an “ax range there” that isn’t mentioned in the ad. So there are random blades and axes in the common areas just laying on the ground; not ideal for families w young kids. The neighbors were having a party and the walkways next to the cabin are shared so my kids got to experience a woman walking around in a thong and T-shirt. The stairs are not slip resistant so I fell down the stairs carrying my luggage since it had rained. I texted through the app about a lack of towels and linens and he responded w a short random voicemail and didn’t fix the problem until my 3rd attempt to reach out over 24 hours later. I really feel that the overall listing was very untrue to the state of the cabin. It said it could sleep 6 and we reserved for 6. When I asked where the other two slept (due to lack of beds) he said the couch. However, the couch pictured in the advertisement is a different couch that what we had in our cabin and two people can absolutely NOT sleep on it. Not even children… it is a very small couch. Took pictures… The one in the picture is a double recliner where two persons could sleep and extend their legs and the couch in our cabin did not allow for sleeping on the couch as it is sooo short. Also there are four cups not six. There are three dinner plates not six. Four towels not six. The cabin was advertised for six people. We finally did get six towels the last day, but still…. No blankets or pillows for those supposed to sleep on the couch. The advertisement said linens were provided and it said there is “anything you need to provide a full meal”. It seems like it is meant to be for four people and for parties and made the whole experience a let down for sure, especially considering the price point. We paid over 600 dollars for two nights with a total lack of furnishings. You need to consider changing your listing to say it sleeps 4 people not 6. Because it is furnished for four, unless you provide plates, cups, blankets, pillows, and sleeping for six which is what is described in your ad. On top of that the last day, when we finally had enough towels…. The electricity and water went out. So my husband had to get out of the shower with soap on him; half showered. Yes, not family friendly and false advertising….not safe, not stocked or furnished for six people to eat to sleep comfortably. Also should note that you must climb a ladder to get to the second floor not stairs.

Lots of issues in cabin #3

Wi-Fi didn’t work, bedroom tv didn’t work, outlet behind living room tv started popping and sparking so family freaked out and had to pack and leave. Couldn’t get ahold of property owner and called VRBO and they couldn’t get ahold of him either. Owner will not respond to make it right since we had to leave and only response was “didn’t think I needed to respond to issues immediately since you were leaving. I have video and pictures of everything that happened

LOVED THIS TREEHOUSE!

Wonderful stay! Neat, clean, quiet and great set up. Loved sitting on the wrap around porch in the mornings with coffee and a book. Loved the Firepit area with fun games. Perfect for our anniversary getaways. Owner was responsive and check in was so easy! We rode the mountain Bike trails at FATS and had a wonderful weekend!

Few Bumbs But Cool Place.

I will preface this by saying that the only reason not giving 5 stars is because check in was a bit of a pain. But with all due respect we were likely one of the first individuals staying at this location. The directions were a bit lacking for check in. There are 4 units on the grounds and the instructions were the 3rd unit not indicating from the left or right. Ultimately we needed to contact the owner to confirm which unit was ours. There was also another couple arriving at the same time with incorrect check in instructions. The response from the owner was quick so really not a huge deal. Once the kinks are worked out this is a really cool spot to hang out for a few days. Type area was super quiet and moderately isolated which was nice. Shopping or anything you could need is within 15-20 minutes so also not too far out in the middle of nowhere. The cabins or “treehouse” are actually up on stilts which the pics show are super cozy. They have been newly built it seems and the contractor did some solid work. The owner provided a cool area with chairs and an old cast iron tub for campfires as well as a long list of yard games. Would be a great spot for a group of friends to rent out all 4 cabins and hangout for the weekend. All in all we enjoyed our stay and anticipate returning at some point with some of our family and friends. Thanks to the owner for providing a cool little spot for the weekend! P.S . Gorgeous sun sets from the porch and yard!
