The Space:

This 45 m² holiday home has been designed to offer a pleasant and functional stay. It includes:

• 1 master bedroom with a double bed (140 cm).

• 1 secondary bedroom with 2 single beds (90 cm), perfect for children or friends.

• A cozy living room to relax in after a day at the beach.

• A fully equipped kitchen to prepare meals just like at home.

• A bright and practical bathroom (shower room).

• one bathrooms with WC, plus an other WC of which is located upstairs for added convenience.

• An outdoor area with a private garden to enjoy the sunshine.

• Air conditioning (operational from April 2026).



Guest Access:

You will have exclusive access to the entire accommodation and its private garden. You will also benefit from a private parking space and free access to the residence's shared swimming pool.



The Neighborhood:

The property is located on Chemin du Carreyrou, in a quiet and highly sought-after residential area in the west of Valras-Plage. This neighborhood features recent developments that make walking to the seafront incredibly easy. It offers the perfect compromise: the tranquility of a residential complex while remaining just a few minutes' walk from the lively coastline.



Getting Around:

• Beach: about 300 m (a 4 to 5-minute walk).

• Valras-Plage town center: about 1 km (a 12 to 15-minute walk).

• Shops, restaurants, and entertainment: within a few minutes' walk.

• Béziers: quickly accessible by car (about a 20 to 25-minute drive).

• An ideal location to enjoy both the sea and the beautiful Hérault coastline.

This accommodation is the perfect base for a family or a small group of 4 people.

Baby equipment available as an optional extra: travel cot and high chair provided as a package for €15 per stay. The travel cot is provided with the standard mattress designed for this type of cot, not with an additional thick mattress. Baby bed linen is not provided.
