Une résidence très bien placée mais...

L'appt est propre et bien rangé. Gros bémol sur le confort : - chbre est située côté rue donc impossible d'ouvrir la fenêtre en raison du traffic important sur cette route. - odeur d'égout remonte dc aération permanente - un vieux clic-clac dont la housse n'a semble t-il pas été remplacé dep lgtps et les vieilles couvertures fournies étaient tâchées - ballon eau chaude installé ds l'armoire de la chbre dc peu de rangement - déco surannée 2 chaises et 2 tabourets en bois dur...

Literie de la chambre pas très confortable , le parasol médiocre , les chaises extérieurs manque de conforts, dommage qui n i à pas de climatisation sinon l appartement serait très bien noté.

Location conforme à la description de votre site. Situation parfaite à quelques pas du port mais au calme. Piscine accessible facilement et entretien parfait. Personnel très accueillant. Excellent séjour en pays Catalan. Je recommande.
