Renovated 2 bedrm apt located in heart of Ogunquit

Beautifully renovated second floor adorable two bedroom open-concept apartment with a private deck, small enclosed porch. This location is ideal with sidewalks, parking for 1 car and an easy walk to Perkins Cove, the main beach and Marginal Way just around the corner.

This 550 sq ft Apartment includes a kitchen/living/common space, one bathroom, two bedrooms. Parking for only one car.

The public trolley runs late spring - early fall and there is a stop right across the street. We also operate a private golf cart shuttle so please contact Tim if you'd like to arrange transportation around the downtown area.

We had an exceptional stay with our 3 year old! The place was clean and comfortable, the location was ideal, and the parking space right outside the unit was the cherry on top. The owner Tim and his wife were offsite but very attentive -making sure we had all the beach essentials and toys we needed. Would not hesitate to stay here again!

We were in town for an Anniversary Party for a relative. This was the perfect location. We were able to park our vehicle and walk to local shops, restaurants, and the Marginal Way. Would definitely stay here again as well as recommend it to others.

This location is perfectly situated between downtown Ogunquit and Perkins Cove. There are numerous shops and restaurants within a walking distance. Very close to the beach, and sailing and boating opportunities. The space was clean and very cozy. There is a little deck off the front of the house that is perfect for evening cocktails or a glass of wine. There is also a full kitchen for anyone wanting to make a meal, and plenty of space for a small family vacation. Highly recommend!

Loved our accommodation. The apartment was clean and updated. Location was easy access for walking around. We also enjoyed a couple happy hours at the wine bar downstairs. Would stay there again.

Lovely apartment that’s very well appointed. Amazing location with an easy walk to the village and the Marginal Way. Will be our first choice next time we travel to Ogunquit. Oh and the wine bar downstairs is wonderful

Amazing house!! Very comfortable for a girls weekend. House is super clean and accommodating with everything you need. Owners are super sweet and are available. Overall great experience would absolutely rent again.

The best Ogunquit stay.

The apartment is fantastic with so much room. It was like being at home but on vacation. The location couldn’t be better, about half way between Ogunquit and Perkins Cove. We walked everywhere and only took the car out one day. There are recommendations for dining and clear information, left by the owners, for enjoying your stay. A wine bar just opened underneath. I would definitely recommend stopping in, if that’s your thing. It was enjoyable to have a glass at the end of the day, watching the sun go down. The owner is friendly and knowledgeable. We would absolutely return to Shore Rd.

We are very proud of this spotless and modern two bedroom apartment and expect our guests to treat it with the utmost respect while enjoying their stay. We live in Ogunquit so are just a quick call or text away if our guests should need anything!

Por qué eligió esta propiedad

This apartment is located above Coastal Wine which is a great spot to enjoy a glass or flight of wine or purchase a bottle to drink upstairs. Coastal Wine is not a loud place and is never open later than 9pm. From our apartment guests can walk to and from the beach (15 minute walk), the center of town where a majority of our shops and restaurants are (5-10 minute walk) and Perkins Cove (5 minute walk, if that.)
