Welcome to your private Florida retreat - a home designed for relaxation, fun, and family memories. Step into a backyard oasis featuring a heated pool, sun loungers, and a putting green with yard games, like cornhole, to keep everyone entertained. Kids will love the floats and play area while adults can enjoy outdoor grilling, poolside dining, and evening drinks under the screened in patio with a 55" Roku TV.

Inside, Palm Grove offers two spacious living rooms, perfect for families who want to spread out or give parents their own space. Gather around the open-concept kitchen with bar seating, new appliances, and a fully stocked coffee station, or enjoy meals together in the dedicated dining area. Each bedroom is styled with cozy details, fresh linens, and plenty of natural light for a restful stay.

When it's time for play, head to the converted garage/game room for a round of pool or darts, or pick fresh bananas from the trees in the yard. With keyless entry, provided beach gear (chairs, umbrella, cart, cooler, beach towels), and thoughtful extras like pool-safe plasticware, your stay is designed to be as easy as it is enjoyable.

This home is truly set up for both relaxation and fun - whether you're enjoying a poolside afternoon, a cozy night in, or a beach day just minutes away.

🐾 Dog friendly stay: We warmly welcome well-behaved canine companions (no cats). Jacksonville Beach is dog-friendly, with many restaurants offering outdoor seating and water bowls for your pup.
• Up to 3 dogs
• $150 per pet fee
• Dogs should be house-trained or kenneled when alone
• For the comfort and safety of all guests, aggressive or unsocialized dogs are not permitted

💦Pool Heating: Pool heating to 85° is available September 15 – May 15 with 72 hours’ notice, with a daily heating fee. Heaters may not reach the desired temperature if the lows fall below 45° (which is rare).

📝 Cancellation Details: In the event of a cancellation, a 3% processing fee will be applied to cover credit card transaction costs

Great property, short drive to everything. Beds were not as conformatable as desired but serviceable. we had a little problem with the lock at check in but the issue was quickly resolved.' very enjoyable stay.

The pool, cornhole game and putting green were perfect for our family entertainment. We loved the close proximity to the beach. The neighborhood this rental is in was very quiet and friendly. The house and rooms were clean. There was extra space inside to sit and visit with family and okay games.

Wonderful home to relax and enjoy family.

The home was very clean and comfortable. We enjoyed the pool, the neighborhood, Cinotti's bakery, the beach, and just relaxing. Great trip catching up with family and friends in the Jacksonville area. Location was convenient for those we were visiting.

Not only is this property a fantastic place to stay because of amenities and location, Welcome Home Rentals is probably the best management company in the Jacksonville area. We have stayed at multiple properties managed by them and they go above and beyond to accommodate you in every way. This is the only management company we use with our frequent travel to the Mayo Clinic.

This property is managed by Welcome Home Rentals of Jax Beach. We exclusively manage vacation rentals in Jacksonville Beach so our team is always minutes away if guests have any issues or questions. Need additional accommodations? We have 2 to 8 bedrooms homes, most with private heated pools and several with fun game rooms. All can be seen on our below site. Ask about our weekly, monthly and multiple property discounts. We also partner with local beach bike and golf cart rental companies that will drop these off at the house.
