Great home for family vacation. Plenty of things to do to keep children happy. Good, convenient location for beach, restaurants and shopping. Fenced yard is great when traveling with your dogs. Welcome Home Rentals staff were very friendly & efficient with answering questions. Only negative was that there is no hand rail for the pool. Due to my husband's mobility issues, he could not use the pool, & I had difficulty entering & exiting the pool.

Thank you so much for the wonderful review! We’re so happy to hear your family had a great vacation and that the home’s location, fenced yard, and amenities made your stay enjoyable. It also means a lot to hear that our Welcome Home Rentals team was friendly and responsive throughout your stay. We’re sorry to hear that the pool access was difficult for you and your husband. We certainly wish you had reached out to us during your stay, as we have a full-time maintenance team and would have been happy to see if there was anything we could do to help make entering and exiting the pool easier and more comfortable for you. We truly want our guests to have the best experience possible while they’re with us. We really appreciate you bringing this to our attention and will keep your feedback in mind as we look for ways to make the home more comfortable and accessible for all of our guests. It was a pleasure hosting your family, and we hope to welcome you back to Jax Beach again soon! Welcome Home Rentals Jax Beach

The pool, cornhole game and putting green were perfect for our family entertainment. We loved the close proximity to the beach. The neighborhood this rental is in was very quiet and friendly. The house and rooms were clean. There was extra space inside to sit and visit with family and okay games.
